Dr. Goodrich is honest and he was the first surgeon to sit down in front of me and answer all my questions. He was willing to explain the risks, the recovery and the impact it could have on mental health. I went in thinking surgery was the only option and I left with a better attitude and understanding of my own health.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
The MA who checked me in was so incredibly kind and compassionate. Then Dr. Goodrich came in and he was the first surgeon who actually sat down with me and explained that surgery is not only a risk, but also not a complete solution. The last doctor I saw, made it sound like all I have to do is have surgery and I would be good as new. Dr. Goodrich took the time to explain my risk factors, explain what recovery could be like, as well as being honest in saying it may not even be a significant reduction in my daily pain level. He was kind and he answered all my questions with ease. I am so grateful that I was able to get a second opinion from him before letting another doctor cut into my spine. He made a clear plan to address my pain and laid out exactly what I need to do to help me live with back pain instead of suffering from it.

This being my first visit with him.He’s explains so you are able to understand.Hes listens to your concerns and while going over your mri and X-rays explains and shows you the what is happening and what to expect going forward.

Dr Goodrich is great!!! He scheduled testing quickly. Explained my condition in a way that was easy to understand. He explained my options for treatment and allowed me to ask questions. I am very pleased with his care. I would highly recommend him to others!

My spine and pain doc referred me and said that they would call to set up an appointment. An x-Ray was ordered and I had that done, but I didn’t hear from anyone to schedule an appointment. After a few months, I called the office, and understandably couldn’t get in for a while. So it took about 6 months for me to have the appointment. I think I “fell through the cracks”. My referring doc’s office staff said that seems to happen a lot with his office.

Dr. Goodrich showed us the films from my CT and MRI and explained in depth what the results showed! That has never happened before by any other doctors. He is very open and personable, answers questions that are easy to understand.

I had a very positive experience with Dr. Goodrich and all the staff. I need two canes to get around and an employee on his break saw me walking across the parking lot and got a rolling chair for me, then wheeled me to reception. Reception then wheeled me to Dr. Goodrich's waiting area. Everyone was very helpful.
