A younger doctor with a lot of knowledge and expertise... Soft spoken and very attentive.. first visit I felt assured and confident that he would do an excellent job with my surgery. And he did!

Dr Goodrich is great!!! He scheduled testing quickly. Explained my condition in a way that was easy to understand. He explained my options for treatment and allowed me to ask questions. I am very pleased with his care. I would highly recommend him to others!

My spine and pain doc referred me and said that they would call to set up an appointment. An x-Ray was ordered and I had that done, but I didn’t hear from anyone to schedule an appointment. After a few months, I called the office, and understandably couldn’t get in for a while. So it took about 6 months for me to have the appointment. I think I “fell through the cracks”. My referring doc’s office staff said that seems to happen a lot with his office.

Dr. Goodrich showed us the films from my CT and MRI and explained in depth what the results showed! That has never happened before by any other doctors. He is very open and personable, answers questions that are easy to understand.

I had a very positive experience with Dr. Goodrich and all the staff. I need two canes to get around and an employee on his break saw me walking across the parking lot and got a rolling chair for me, then wheeled me to reception. Reception then wheeled me to Dr. Goodrich's waiting area. Everyone was very helpful.

Very refreshing to talk to a physician who listened to everything I had to say and did not rush me through the appointment. He took the time to thoroughly explain the findings on my MRI.

Dr. Goodrich showed patience, kindness and caring during my post op. visit. He explained my back issues, the surgical procedure and follow-up care. He gave me as much time as I needed to answer my questions.

Dr. Goodrich explained all the issues with my upcoming back surgery, showing me the CT scan, MRI, and xray of my back. He explained the procedure thoroughly, issue/problems that may occur, and recovery time. I feel confident in his ability, knowledge and experience. I so very much appreciate him taking the time with me to go over all the information involved with this surgery and hospital stay.

Would recommend this office, facility ,and Dr Goodrich. I feel I’m in good hands there is no rush for surgery.

Dr Goodrich was dismissive of my symptoms and condescending. Giving me an anatomy lesson like I’m a child. He pretended to listen but I could see he was just annoyed by me being there. When I asked for more imaging showing the movement of my neck he dismissed me by saying all other MRIs are done laying down so mine was too and it wasn’t bad enough for surgery. I expressed concern for the hyper mobility of my neck and he said what would you like me to do, order a flexion extension x-ray? I received no order for one. I am still unable to sleep and none of my symptoms have gotten better. Movement is difficult and the pain/dizziness is absolutely horrible. I’m having less and less confidence in the doctors office this facility.

I live in [City], and had to go all the way to Midland to talk for 5 minutes about back pain they cannot do anything about. Now my family is out a day of work, gas money, time, and it was not worth it.

Dr Goodrich was very attentive to my pain in various places from my back to the sockets that are too large in my hip replacements and is still diagnosing, trying to find the best solutions. I so much appreciate his expertise and experience along with his patience.
