I felt like I was degraded about my situation, especially from the nurse taking my vitals before I seen Dr. Dylan. The receptionists were amazing.

Explained very well what the test results were and what could be done about it. Told him about other issues I'm having and is having more testing done and is a little more concerned with this than what was the original visit, due to symptoms.

Words cannot describe how wonderful Dr Goodrich and team has been through this entire process. They genuinely cared about both my feelings and well being throughout the entire process.

Very friendly, approachable and extremely knowledgeable in his area of practice. Highly recommend him to everyone I have spoken with after my visit.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr Goodrich is not only a great surgeon, he has a great bedside manner. He explains things in a way that is understood and gives time for questions. I have recommended him to friends and people I’ve met in physical therapy. He’s young, but don’t let that scare you; he’s a very skilled surgeon.

This 1st meeting was a great balance between very human communications and a very comprehensive diagnosis. I felt completely understood & supported through collaborative decisions and his extremely positive & encouraging attitude. Super appointment!

He is nice and honest. But if you are a smoker or we're a smoker, don't bother going to see him as he won't help you(if surgery is needed) also, if u have a BMI or 30(I think it was, he won't do surgery either) good things to know before you travel an hour one way.

Expect to take a long time before being able to see the Doctor. In my experience, when I had an appointment scheduled it ended up being cancelled due to an emergency, and the reschedule was another month. That meant another month of pain for me.

Dr. Goodrich seems to really want to do what is best for his patients. He doesn't want to do more surgery than is needed. I've never had such a caring doctor in my life.

He listened carefully to what I had to say about my condition. He also did an excellent job of explaining what the orthopedic problem was in my neck. Finally, he was conservative about whether surgery was necessary.

Excellent care at this office. Staff extremely efficient and professional. Well maintained place. There was almost no wait time before I saw the doctor. I am looking forward to further appointments.

That he really seemed to want to help me and he didn’t judge me because of my size, but instead referred me to someone who may be able to help me. He was caring and gentle with me even though it hurt. He showed me what was going on with my body and explained to me how serious it is.
