Super nice Dr. Explained things I could easily understand. Took the time with me. Was sure we covered everything we needed to. He wasn't hurried. I was in early and out early. I feel very comfortable with Dr. Goodrich and his staff. I feel I will receive the very best of care. Thank you Dr. Goodrich and his staff ! You guys are awesome !!!

Very personable and professional. Explained things that a patient could easily understand. Very kind ..Very compassionate. I feel very comfortable I will get the Very best of care. I'm glad I know I've made the right choice when choosing Dr. Goodrich. Abd I'm super glad he was accepting new patients.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I've appreciated Dr. Goodrich's thoughtful, candid approach to my care. He's confident in our treatment plan, but doesn't use "always" or "never" when discussing neurosurgery outcomes. I saw Dr. Mark Jones several years ago and had a similar experience; I had surgery two weeks after our first visit and was very happy with the outcome. I'm pleased with the care I've received from both neurosurgeons thus far.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
It was a very good experience, he listened carefully and I felt accomplished with my body and handicaps/pain rather than ashamed as most every other provider has made me feel. I came away believing there was hope for my problems and that the dr would be with me through them.

Dr Goodrich did a very good job of going over and explaining my condition and providing options for care and explaining which options were best for me. He took time to ask if I had questions and provided answers. It was my first time meeting him and was pleased with the interaction.

Dr Goodrich and his staff are top notch and very understanding and knowledgeable. I just wish I didn’t have to wait so long for an appointment and surgery date when I am in such pain.

Everyone was patient and kind. Dr Goodrich was very thorough in explaining my issue and options for resolution. All questions were answered. I never once felt rushed or pressured.

Getting in to see him on an initial appointment was difficult. Speaking to someone at the beginning was difficult. This was complicated by holidays. However, once in, he and his staff have been great
