The doctor came in 30 minutes late. He kept playing with his hair and checking his phone. He did not listen to anything I had to say. I brought my husband in with me as a witness. I waited 5 months to be completely invalidated, talked over, and told not to come back.

Would rec. any member of my family to see Dr Goodrich. It was not, however to get an appt. Time in a reasonable time. I waited 3 mo. For my first appt. , for f/u on testing I had to wait 4 more months to see him. I called x 2 to see if there was any cancellations, but never heard from his office!! I am now waiting for a referral to U of M . I know his office doesn’t have control over the timeliness of other facilitie’s appt. times, but contact from his office would be appreciated.

I am very pleased with the care I received from Dr. Goodrich and his staff. He is very professional/knowledgeable and courteous. He showed me all the results of my injuries and explained them to me so I could understand what was going on.

My problem was with sciatica pain for years. After surgery I am able to do everything that I hadn't been able to do in the last 3 years. The outcome was better than I could have ever imagined. Dr Goodrich absolutely gave me my life back! I would definitely tell my family and friends to go to Dr Goodrich for any back problems. I liked his directness and what he expected for a good outcome. He does not mince words and you knew exactly what you're expected to do for the best results. I was a dedicated smoker for 50 years (1 pack/day) and after my first appointment with Dr Goodrich, I put down the cigarettes and have not smoked one since. If I ever needed surgery again I would definitely want Dr Goodrich to do it and I would tell everyone I know to have him for their Doctor. He is absolutely an asset to your organization.
