What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr MacFalda is very knowledgeable in his field and it is clear that he is in touch with my primary care physician's office at the local VA health care facility to coordinate my care. He speaks to me in easy (for me) to understand verbiage and has never hesitated to respond to my questions or concerns regarding my health issues. I'm very glad that it was suggested I see him for my post-stroke issues.

Epic the online service for tele-visits needs to add closed caption to their service. For deaf and HoH the Epic system failed.

When I first came to this doctor. I thought he was quite quiet; but as I have gotten to know him, I realize he is just a cautious doctor. He has referred me to other physicians when I needed it sometimes I feel sorry for him because I talk a lot! The staff is very good, especially the girls that you first see they are just excellent with helping you with anything thank all of you

They make it comfortable. My daughter comes with me. I really like dr McFalda. My daughter comes usually ask the ???? As I hardly understand it all

My experience with Dr MacFalda is always exceptional and he always makes me feel relaxed when he speaks to me. He has always asked me how I am doing if I have been doing okay and also ask if I have any questions. He also asks me about my prescription and that he will be sending a new prescription for me. He also takes his time and never in a rush.

Dr. MacFalda and his staff are very professional in treating patients. I was referred to Dr. MacFalda for treatment of migraines. My first visit I could tell he had reviewed my history, symptoms and explained his approach in treating migraines. I am doing GREAT with the medication he prescribed. I would highly recommend Dr MacFalda to anyone in need of a neurologist.

Amber B and Nicole S give 200% to the patients. They are friendly, proactive, thoughtful, empathetic, and efficient. Dr MacFalda always listens to me and my symptoms. I appreciate very much the respect he shows his patients.

Though very friendly and courteous whenever I call the office I never ever get an answer, it's very hard to communicate by phone with the office. I don't necessarily feel heard when speaking to the doctor or medical staff, and appointments are very hard to get. I know he is in high demand but having to wait 4 months to see him when I feel I'm experiencing a problem with my head or brain is kind of discouraging

My neurologist was knowledgeable and suggested I see specialists for some of my symptoms before linking them to MS. However, I felt like I may have overloaded him with information, and instead of taking notes or fully discussing my concerns, he seemed dismissive at times. While I appreciate that he acknowledged my symptoms, I expected a more in-depth discussion on how they might connect to MS. [Removing portion unrelated to the care provided by Dr. MacFalda]. I left feeling uncertain about my next steps and wish the visit had been more comprehensive and accessible for my needs.
