I was very pleased with all the people at the facility and as soon as I met the doctor we kind of clicked and we're on the same page that's when I knew things was going to go right in all of his staff like Lisa Miller was extremely helpful understanding, when you're 80 years old difficult to understand a lot of the things that have said but they made it simple for me I understood everything if not I asked and they told me again keep up the good work hope I don't have to use you again hahaha

That Dr. Vollhaber and his entire staff are wonderful people, and to not hesitate contacting this office for any back issues you may have!

Ms. Miller is an excellent listener. We had a very bad experience with a MRI tech when my husband was in the hospital. Ny husband had 2 MRI s at 4:00 am. The tech was rude and did not care that my husband was in distress. When he asked for medication to help calm him (which he had when he had a previous MRI). She told him that he did not need it. He was in the MRI for over an hour and a half. This was your only negative experience when he was in the hospital. Dr. Miller listened to our concern, and she took the time to look the date and time up and leave a note. We appreciated this action.

I was very satsified with Lisa Miller's performance. The support staff, not so much. I called into the office probably 8-10 times, nobody ("receptionist" or "staff" selections on the voicemai) ever anwsered the phone, or returned my calls when I left a message to call me. I had to call trauma across the hall and have the receptionist go over to Neuro and tell them to call me, twice. Terrible, terrible customer support.

Lisa was very caring with me, she asked questions, showed much interest with my answers and issues, and we weren’t rushed! She shows concern for her patients!

I appreciated how she pulled up my MRI and showed me what we were actually looking at, and explaining how the spinal chord works and where my nerves were being pinched causing pain.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
My first appointment with Stephanie ? was canceled the morning g of the appointment..I was very disappointed as I travel from 100 miles away. I understand things come up, but did not appreciate the last minute notification. However, Lisa Miller was very professional and I was happy with her care.

LISA IS PERSINABLE AND EASY TO TALK TO. SHE EXPLAINED THINGS SO I WOULD UNDERSTAND WHAT SHE WAS SAYING. SHE WAS ON TIME FOR OUR APPOINTMENT. THE MA WAS EXCELLENT AS WELL.

The ability to follow up timely once out of the scheduled appointment I could not get them to return phone calls or hardly send notes via the portal. I understand we are all busy but communication was poor and felt a bit neglected.
