Not the greatest. She canceled a [age] yr olds apt and couldn’t get her back in for 3 weeks. This caused a lot of stress. This caused her to wear her neck brace in an additional 4 weeks after having worn it for 4 months. I begged her staff to get her in sooner, they said they would talk to her and call back and they never did.

Lisa is a very thorough professional provider. She was so nice and seem to care very much about my recovery from my surgery. I would highly recommend her and this office.

She is part of Dr. Goodrich's "team" who all very good. She was able to get my appointment with Dr. Goodrich rescheduled to accommodate my upcoming appointment for an injection in my back. She also put in an order for future x-rays while I was in her office.

Lisa was just amazing! She was very friendly, very kind very knowledgeable and she gave us as much time as we needed… Actually more than we needed. We enjoyed her very much if all doctors could treat someone that special. The world would be an amazing place!

Lisa was nice, but I wish I could have seen her in person. I broke my neck, and should have had more information given to me right away, not 4 weeks later. Not her fault though.
