Nurse was friendly, Dr super skeptical for someone that hasn’t looked at my chart. Lots of aggressive combative narrative to no end. I need an X-ray an MRI and a referral to ortho. I don’t expect skepticism to assist in my path to recovery. Thanks

Dr Brown was very kind and responsive. He explained things in detail and answered my questions. I don’t ever enjoy coming to the ER but he made me feel comfortable. He was honest with me on the role of the ER in terms of ruling in or out emergent issues and the importance of following up with my outpatient team. The entire process was efficient and I felt cared for.

Nothing. The efficient check in process and getting tests and labs even before my room was available made a huge difference.
