The time spent here was significantly quicker I’m not sure if it’s because of my late arrival or the new er I was in a room immediately and the time spent between nurses and doctors in and out of the room was much shorter

The nursing team were so efficient and friendly. Never felt like a burden, they were smiling and explaining everything along the way! They make this ED an excellent visit!

All of the staff were kind, prompt, accommodating, knowledgeable, patient, answered all my questions and looked for alternate solutions to mitigate my pain and discomfort. They all deserve a raise.

My nurse was so patient, kind and empathetic . Especially when I was in excruciating pain from my kidney stone, she remained composed and I always felt like I was being taken care of. I can’t say enough great things about her.
