I would like to thank all the staff for making my son feel extremely comfortable and at ease. They each took the time to explain each process to him in a way that made him feel confident with his care.

Timely. Doctor was great.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Floors are very dirty with snow, dirt, and salt. That is tough to navigate in winter. But perhaps a quick spot mop now and then could help. Everything else was nice though.

I ha been expecting to sit in the waiting room for a while like usual but they got me right in to the room right away. The doctor had explained everything to me. They got me in and out right away

Dr. Taugher is amazing in his bedside manner and very well spoken when explaining anything on a medical basis to understandable terminology. Neil, my nurse is also great as well

Danielle was outstanding in keeping us informed about what was happening and checking on us. She advised us of test results and possible problems.
