The registering agent was curt. Other staff were kind and professional. I don’t like announcing my birthday aloud, or having my weight announced. It’s a privacy violation, in my opinion, and annoying. Also, repeating my symptoms three or four times is also annoying, especially when suffering.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Eliminate announcing personal information such as birthdates, weight, etc. Also, don’t make me repeat myself multiple times.

Making everything very clear and open, if something felt confusing they would triple check and confirm I understood everything. Just comforting to be in a hospital and treated properly instead of like someone’s next task at work. Wonderful job!

The nurse was amazing at helping me with my daughter who was not enjoying the wait time. Very kind and understanding.

The ultrasound tech never showed up for work apparently so we waited three hours to get an ultrasound done
