Making everything very clear and open, if something felt confusing they would triple check and confirm I understood everything. Just comforting to be in a hospital and treated properly instead of like someone’s next task at work. Wonderful job!

Dr Bracken, Dr Decker, Ellie Eaton[ ] were absolutely fantastic at taking care of me. Dr Bracken always goes above and beyond. Unsure of the nurses names but they were equally amazing. The wait time has greatly improved since the last time I was here.

Nothing. Everyone was right on top of things and in a very timely manner.

1) in an er setting regardless of trauma level. There should be adequate docs providing care in timely manner and not having patients in rooms waiting for docs to provide results or updates for hours.

Emergency room care was wonderful. Doctors Maxwells office gave me poor advice, communication was lacking.

Excellent care. I just moved up to [CITY] mi from [CITY] Mi and you are excellent. I was in and out in 3 hrs that would have taken about 8 downstate- Also the staff was very friendly and smiled all the time- THE PROVIDER was very knowledgeable and thorough- Thanks so much for everything. God bless all of you

The nurses were very prompt to see me when I was placed in my room for help. The procedures went quick but I waited for over an hour and a half to get the results back on ct scan. Not too sure why. That left me a little frustrated, however the emergency room was very busy and I understand that they serve us on a priority basis.

Maybe a number on the wall that would help me understand a time frame for the services rendered.

The nursing team were so efficient and friendly. Never felt like a burden, they were smiling and explaining everything along the way! They make this ED an excellent visit!

My nurse Angela was particularly excellent , a real gem of a person. the team as a whole was great & Patient & answered my questions thoroughly- great bedside manner. I was very scared, & they put me at ease. The admissions clerk was great- he had command of a packed waiting room & was courteous.

Bathroom was a little sketchy, but overall a positive experience as a patient

Everyone was very attentive and quick with all of our testing. The only thing that took a long time is testing but understandably so.
