Nurse was friendly, Dr super skeptical for someone that hasn’t looked at my chart. Lots of aggressive combative narrative to no end. I need an X-ray an MRI and a referral to ortho. I don’t expect skepticism to assist in my path to recovery. Thanks

We had excellent care today. Jeff [ ] was thorough and explained things very well. Courtney our nurse was kind and took great care of us. Triage was great as well as lab. Thank you for providing exceptional care to my daughter!!!!

The pa and nurse were informative and clear in instructions. Never saw a dr. Still no idea why I have been to the er twice in three days. Would have liked to have a definitive reason why my issue is happening.

The care was excellent from all staff. Courtney and Zoe really made my situation better with their kindness and knowledge .

The only problem was I was in very bad pain and it took way to long for them to take me back to the room. I wish they would have taken me back much sooner. Not understanding why they waited so long to help me? Seems like when someone is in that much pain things could move along with more urgency. Great job otherwise!

Just get me started with pain relief sooner.

Dr brown did not make me feel comfortable at all. I felt like I was being dismissed and shrugged off. Not very welcoming and honestly I just felt like crap every time he came in the room. Kara and Miranda (pct )were a 10/10 they gave me the best care I have ever had made me feel so comfortable and heard for once. They also actually listened to me I finally felt like my concerns are being taken seriously and I finally felt heard and seen by both of those ladies. They gave me the best care I have EVER received from the Alpena emergency department.
