I tripped on a rise I stepping off a sidewalk. I felt foolish and didnāt want to come to ER but was in pain and concerned about more serious injury. Everyone was respectful and didnāt brush off the situation. Thank you.

My nurse Nicole [ ] was beyond amazing. Helpful, knowledgeable, and overall fantastic. Julie from CT scan was extremely rude, degrading, and made me cry for something out of my control.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Teach Julie from CT scan people skills and to be respectful to patients.

My nurse was kind and compassionate. He took time to explain everything and keep my family and I updated. The provider we had was rude and yelled at me in the hallway. Thankfully I had a good nurse.

Matt the nurses checked us in was fast, funny and got us in and out super quick. Results were fast and the PA Brooke was great. Thank you for the great care.

Jeffrey Kwiatkowski was amazing. He acknowledged my pain and was very understanding about my situation.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I had to use the results pending room due to the number of patients. That is understandable. But with my hip pain, I would have been more comfortable in a bed instead of a chair.
