Time is always an issue. Today was good.but sometimes it takes all day to be seen treated and released

Waiting for a room was only a down fall, seemed a little too long. All the staff from the time I arrived to the time to go home were outstanding and very helpful and friendly.

Waiting for a room, was not good for me.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
Not waiting six hours in the waiting room between labs and CT. The new way the hospital is doing things like that does not make sense, with getting labs, then waiting room, then other scans, then waiting room, and then finally in the back in a bed. I was in pain for 6 hours and couldn’t get any relief because I was in the waiting room and not a bed. Not even a Tylenol or anything for a migraine. The staff was amazing but the new changes were horrific

Staff was fantastic. Wait times were positively atrocious. 6 hours to get back to a room. Actual medical care of only about an hour and a half.

I tripped on a rise I stepping off a sidewalk. I felt foolish and didn’t want to come to ER but was in pain and concerned about more serious injury. Everyone was respectful and didn’t brush off the situation. Thank you.
