The care was excellent from all staff. Courtney and Zoe really made my situation better with their kindness and knowledge .

The only problem was I was in very bad pain and it took way to long for them to take me back to the room. I wish they would have taken me back much sooner. Not understanding why they waited so long to help me? Seems like when someone is in that much pain things could move along with more urgency. Great job otherwise!

Just get me started with pain relief sooner.

The whole staff was terrific! They listened to me about my autoimmune disease and did everything they could’ve done for me. I was taken care of in the best way possible!

Unfortunately life presents situations in which an emergency room visit is critical. Today’s visit was one of those situations but the staff made it as pleasant as it could possibly be be.
