The teamwork and understanding of my symptoms / didn’t leave out any detail when trying to figure out what the next step was to take and took me through and explained every single step while we moved on through them

The team was really good at explaining all the details of what was going on. My slituation was complicated by another one and they made things clear as to why and how. Explained things better than anyone else ever had.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
My only complaint was that things take too long. Seven or eight hours in ER is toooo long. Maybe you need more staff.

Waiting for a room was only a down fall, seemed a little too long. All the staff from the time I arrived to the time to go home were outstanding and very helpful and friendly.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
Not waiting six hours in the waiting room between labs and CT. The new way the hospital is doing things like that does not make sense, with getting labs, then waiting room, then other scans, then waiting room, and then finally in the back in a bed. I was in pain for 6 hours and couldn’t get any relief because I was in the waiting room and not a bed. Not even a Tylenol or anything for a migraine. The staff was amazing but the new changes were horrific
