When I got here I was in a lot of pain Kerry was absolutely amazing her caring skills is always. She is always going above and beyond for her patients. When I come to the emergency room I always look for her.

I felt that Kerry was on top of every request we had . Great team work amongst each other and communication skills.

Less time spent in here would have been nice but we understand that there were other patients here who needed help as well

Honestly them helping my [AGE] year old baby girl get through a high spiked fever and it leading to a seizure. They saved her and cared for her and now she is back to eating walking. When released they came back as well to explain how to keep the fever down and seizures away.

Immediate assistance and placement in a room. The nurse was caring and understanding. Patient was checked on often.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
It was the fastest we have ever been helped compared to Alpena and Tawas. It was great. As far as having to go to an ER.
