Overall care was exceptional. I was helped into ER right away. Clear and precise questions to get me help right away. Listened to me and informed me of what was happening and why they were doing the tests and what they meant. Clear directions were given and clear diagnosis was comunicated.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
At the moment I can’t think of anything. Friendly yet professional. Seen teamwork among staff and true concern about my care.

Nurse was a bit frazzled. Susan. Wrong needle…two pokes. Asking how to admin magnesium. Told her I needed saline before med., none given and it burned, bad. Overall though, will always come to this hospital…thank you!

Dr. May and Karin, RN were very empathetic and understanding on my uncontrolled pain caused by a kidney stone. Orders were in promptly, labs drawn immediately as well as CT scan to confirm dx. Thank you so much for your help.
