Everybody was so kind and patient. I have a hard time getting poked with needles and both nurses did an excellent job. I had to get a contrast CT and x-ray and the techs there were great. My transporter was delightful too, Dr K explained everything so well and really listened to my concerns. I appreciate her kindness and patience so much and helping me through this visit.

My doctor and nurses treated me with respect and understanding during an embarrassing time for myself. They made me feel comfortable and took initiative to make me feel pain free with immediate testing to ensure my safety. I’m glad I came here over a hospital in my local residence because they truly took better care of me here then I would’ve gotten elsewhere.

The doctor I had was absolutely amazing, HE really was interested in what was going on with me and didn’t make me feel like a number waiting to be counted. There was a transporter who was absolutely incredible, she genuinely cared about my health. The nurses I also had were amazing,awesome and very caring. I was here in the ER on [DATE] around the 9am hour. Bravo again to the whole staff

I felt very well cared for from the start of my visit until the end. I was impressed with the nursing staff (Libby & the nursing student from SVSU) as well as the volunteer who checked in on my husband and I often to make sure we were comfortable. Dr. Kuechenmeister was so kind, comforting & patiently explained everything to me.

Never seen the day shift nurse … I called multiple times for help and not one person showed up. Been sitting here since 6am and no one to take me to the bathroom or help me move around. I asked for something to drink as my mouth was very very dry and got nothing.
