Outdoor signage to get to emergency room needs to be improved and help from security services in regards to providing assistance to patients and families needs major improvement as well as.

Doctor explained what he was looking for based on the circumstances of the injury and let u know everything that was normal and abnormal. Very personable interaction, much appreciated.

Nurses and doctors did a great job despite not having enough rooms. I feel like the level of care was not impacted due to the busyness.

When my IV finished, there was an alarm. It rang for a few minutes before someone came to remove the IV. Though there was no danger, it was very alarming and disconcerting.

My RN, Amanda [ ], and my PA, Adara Bell were absolutely outstanding with my care. They both worked very efficiently to help me get the answers I needed for my pain and to find the cause of it. Amanda checked in on me regularly, ensured I had everything I needed at all times, and made sure I was comfortable. Adara worked very hard to find the best transfer facility for me, as care could not be provided here. She kept me updated while having to make many phone calls in the middle of the night. I appreciate both of them very much for their great care! It made the process much easier and left me without stress!

My care was wonderful. Quick service. Very caring Dr. Nielsen was so caring and thoughtful. Everyone from registration ,transport, CT, X-ray nursing all excellent.

I waited over a hour in agonizing pain waiting for a nurse to give an Iv and pain meds. I felt abondoned in my room

Each staff member was excellent. Very busy here today and I was parked in hallway, thtat worked out well and I feel the responsiveness of all staff was excellent today.
