The triage nurse Jess was patient, kind and attentive. The PA (very kind with long dark hair) was very professional and explained things well.

I didn’t get everyone’s name but all of them had personality and a sense of humor. No one likes going to the ER but when they do the experience should be just like mine. Would come again for sure.

The staff was very understanding when I thought this was an emergency. Turns out it wasn’t emergent and I was very relieved.

The care was wonderful. We appreciate all the staff who helped. We did have to wait about 2.5 hrs for CT results. But that was not staff fault.

Dr Cannova and our nurse Sarah were absolutely awesome. They worked together to ensure that I was well taken care of and that I understood the diagnosis and treatment. They treated me as if Inwas their most Important patient. What a great team.

Everyone seemed so nice. Nonjudgmental. I’ve been struggling to get my sugar under control. Been stuck in a catch 22 with not being able to make the changes need to. Felt a sigh of relief. I feel like just that in itself makes me want to try harder. Thanks for your care
