Some how less waiting time once in the room, I guess, but honestly, I think it was overall a positive visit.

Leslie RN that assessed me was phenomenal, made me feel calm, comfortable and safe. For being my first serious car accident she made me feel like my concerns mattered. The Doctor I perceived as less welcoming. Mostly because it felt as if I was just another person to mark off the checklist. He maybe spent 180 seconds in the room with me. I understand the hospital had 3 other traumas however I was aware of those traumas and that one of patients was also another employee from the hospital. I would suggest more privacy and attentiveness to HIPAA.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Have some of the medical professionals not be so aggressive. The first nurse was very assertive. Maybe be less intense. The nurse was very stern and unfriendly with spouse.

I was sent to the ER after having an ultrasound and the ER Dr said I had a small clot in a superficial vain so there is no reason for me to be at the ER. I hope I won’t have to pay out of pocket for this visit.
