Very nice and polite doctor. Takes her time with you and your never rushed. She explains everything thoroughly. Also gives you time to ask questions. I appreciate her very much!!

Brittany is a good provider. Most often when I call the office, I have to leave a voicemail and I do not often get a return call. My referral for an endoscopy was overlooked (date) and I had to make multiple calls to the office to have it scheduled.

I was impressed with the staff, and Brittany. They seem to go above and beyond to welcome you, check you out and assure you understand everything. Brittany was amazing. She took her time, help me understand my condition and answered all my questions. Outstanding office!

Brittany was polite and attentive and gave excellent information regarding my possible condition and diagnosis. She was careful in predicting future outcomes but did describe all testing and possible follow up treatment. She also gave me information on diet and food which may help my condition. Overall I was pleased with the encounter.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Although it took 8 months for me to get an appointment I was pleased with the attention and courtesy That I was given and the explanation for it being hard for me to get the appointment. This was my first visit.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I have told my family and friends how much I really liked the experience with Dr. Brittany Thurston. She was wonderful and really listened and she was very knowledgeable and professional. She did not rush thru the visit and made me very comfortable to talk about everything I was concerned about.

I would tell my family and friends that they ( the provider) listen to me, and gave me options about my treatment.

It takes a long time to get an initial appointment. When calling I sometimes had to leave messages. They are very responsive when I'm having difficties with med changes.

Brittney was very friendly and was on top of everything and ordered meds right away she is excellent.

She seems well educated in the field. She was respectful and listened to all my concerns, and answered my many questions. I feel comfortable talking with her and being vulnerable.
