All of the staff were kind, prompt, accommodating, knowledgeable, patient, answered all my questions and looked for alternate solutions to mitigate my pain and discomfort. They all deserve a raise.

Staff were very friendly and responsive to my needs. I had a long wait for my ct scan but the staff there were phenomenal. I would refer anyone to MyMichigan Midland.

Help wait times for scans CT and MRI.

Dr Trumph was great. He came in and fixed up our kiddo.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Registration staff did not understand our issue was time sensitive. We watched multiple people go to triage, some who even arrived after us. Admittedly, we were taken back immediately from triage, but we waited 30min and had to express our urgency to the registration staff twice.

I’ve had Oxana as a nurse a few times here and every time she is kind, patient and very empathetic. She takes the time to make sure I’m part of the decision making process and has always gone over all the information with me. I appreciate her and all the ER staff so much!
