Dr Danny Greig especially came to take care of me very promptly even though he was not supposed to be in department.was on top of things what was going on.very polite and very caring.

Nothing to add/ all aspects of care were excellent.

The time from arrival to a CT scan was very short. I also appreciated how fast pain meds were administered upon arival. Impressed with care today

Everything was great no improvements recommended.

Doctor was in within 5 minutes of arriving. Triage was quick. Minimal wait times. New waiting room was nice. Nurses were very nice and made us feel welcome.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Cleanliness of room. Maintenance of the countertops/ updates needed.

Super quick, and the nurses were very helpful and kind helping me wrestle all 3 kids when I initially came in until someone could come get them.

The doctor was one of the best I have encountered when it comes to my son being cared for. He was one of the first doctors that my son engaged with in a positive manner. He made the experience positive and engaging for him.

The length of time to be seen was good, transfusions just take a while.

Naomi was awesome, She explained everything so we could understand. N.P. Was also very nice and explained well.

We would love to know what is causing this problem. We have been here several times for the same thing since July.

Attentiveness to me and my needs was important and my needs were met
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I would like to let Dr’s know not to tell others they’re working on a “heart track” patient in another room. This was a bit unnecessary, heard a doctor tell the patient in my room on the other side of the curtain.
