They went above and beyond to help with my dental pain, the doctor even took a break to let it numb before he stuck the needle back in. My face is numb and I’m not in pain for the first time in two days

When I asked the doctor if I was only getting medication and then going home, he responded with “I have been intubating people and keeping them from dying. I just came to make sure you weren’t” When asked if we had a care plan, I was told “we’ll get there, I haven’t even finished my coffee yet” I came in with my eyes completely swollen shut. Dr. Looked in my throat and listened to my lungs. That was the extent of my physical exam. I have been a patient here since the day I was born. This was the worst experience. When I finally was treated, I was given the meds and told “I’ll be back”. At no time did ANYONE tell me I would be sitting here for 4 hours with NO if fluids, no testing and not allowed to have water.when I finally asked if we had i plan i was told “oh we give meds and then wait four hours so you’re almost done”. Would’ve been nice to know

An actual exam, not mentioning my dying, some IV fluids and communication about my treatment plan

Quickness and thoroughness's of staff, nurses and doctors, Afib problem taken care of and sent me home record tome. My chart results were quick which is good.

All of the staff were kind, prompt, accommodating, knowledgeable, patient, answered all my questions and looked for alternate solutions to mitigate my pain and discomfort. They all deserve a raise.
