The explanation of what was going on. As an [age] year old I understand clearly the big words he was using because of his good communication and explanation skills. Same goes for my nurse she did a wonderful job watching me cry and not make me feel like a baby.

Idk if I’m being honest. I know it’s hard to run an emergency room

Andrew from the surgery department was tremendous with my [age] yo son. He explained things at his level and made him feel very comfortable.

Everything was great. I wish the test results could be processed faster but we understand.

Our nurse was phenomenal. Doctor was great also. We’ve been here a few times in the past few months and the team helping us today was by far the best we’ve had in a while.

The response time was amazing they got him in immediately which made me as a parent feel very good and they had a doctor in the room in less then 5 minutes

My nurse Libby was so kind and made me feel heard. Dr. Newman was attentive and fast at getting me results. He took the time to tell me he was here all weekend if I needed anything else, along with referrals for specialists. Wonderful experience all around while dealing with kidney stones. Thank you all
