They were on top of things and everything was done in a timely manner. Very professional and caring

What could have been done to improve your experience?
We could have been spoken to by literally anyone. That would have been an improvement. We were triaged, and walked back to a “room” and never spoken to again. Never saw a nurse. Doctor came to tell us to go home with a note to not attend school tomorrow. Never offered water, no pain medication, no nurse ever took vitals after being to,d one would come.

I felt like overall care and bedside manner of both doc and nurses was great. We’ve had Dr walker before and I’ve always been impressed with his kindness and willingness to listen, explain, etc.

Previously we’ve had a tv on the wall for our little guy to watch. It would have been nice to have that in this room as it is very difficult for a sick [AGE] year old to have to be board waiting for so long for test results, etc. obviously not a priority but it was really nice last time we were here and he had it

I wanted to highlight a specific security guard. I did not catch his name, but he h was extremely kind and courteous in ever interaction I observed.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Just a bit of understandable congestion due to the construction that is taking place did make the experience a bit more confusing than in previous experiences

It was a good experience room was to cold youth and I didn’t know the thermostat was in the room.

The level of care was excellent even though the ER was full. The still took care of me from the lobby saving time and making me feel like I was a priority
