That I was allowed to have an opinion on myself factored in with their diagnosis. Most doctors rarely considers patient might know themselves and what they need. Thank you.

My first and last name were used to call me back for my CT scan. First name and last initial would have been acceptable not my full name with a whole waiting room full of people.

Dr. Nielsen was thorough but efficient. All of the staff were friendly & helpful esp. the cna (I couldn’t see her name tag) & the RT (same) and Sherri [ ] & Zach.

We have been to the ER here multiple times while awaiting to get the wife in to her new primary care doctor, as we are new to Michigan. The care here is amazing and it’s always clean no matter how busy it is.

If it were faster but I don’t see how it could have been any faster ..

Checking on me well waiting for results. Nurses at nurses station chatting would kind of look at you when making eye contact they’d look fast away.
