Everyone was fast with what needed to done, and I started to feel better just as quick.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
The bathroom had been used sometime before I was placed into my ED room, so when I needed to use it, I needed to go to a different one around the corner.

Did very well to get us in and out as quick as possible even throw rooms are very busy and our case wasn’t an extreme emergency but urgent care was closed and this was the only place open to deal with a mild allergic reaction

My nurse, David, was very understanding, helpful with a great personality. The physicians explained everything clearly and answered any questions that I had.

Online check out LOL doctor has explained everything and aftercare thoroughly. I do not really need to see the nurse for dc every time I have came because the doctors have been very informative. The nurses were all very caring and great though

Melissa (ER nurse) was excellent. She took the time to explain what was happening and what my test results meant. Very kind and thoughtful.

The waiting room needs to move people through more quickly. Larger room so patients aren’t sitting on top of one another would be beneficial.

Realizing that the time of day makes a great difference in speed of care, but today’s visit was quicker than I expected. I was transported from cardiac care due to low BP, I really didn’t look forward to coming to ER but Alex (Who is a great therapist) convinced me to go, just in case. Everyone in the ER, in my opinion, should get a gold star for their foreheads! ❤️

They had me in a room with an unruly patient that was rude and at times made me very uncomfortable

Everyone seemed to know what they were doing. Good team work, quality care.

Because I’m hard of hearing it would help if they were looking at me and speaking a bit louder. Most everyone that I was in contact with either were looking down, had their back to me or speaking very quietly.
