[ ] phlebotomist with [ ] and my room nurse and doctor were all amazing. The CT lady was very sweet and funny and everyone helped reduce my anxiety while being respectful of my preferred name.

The teams understanding of privacy, level of respect, and patient communication.

The doctors were initially mixing up who was going to see me. Additionally, a student nurse blew my vein when drawing blood. I understand they are a student and it happens, but I could tell she felt bad and didn’t know how to respond to such a situation.

Have someone check in once in a while. I had to use the restroom and wasn’t sure if I could on my own or not.
