Dr Eaton has great bedside manners and interacts well with kids. Karla took her time and we never felt rushed. Excellent experience as always

The lady who checked us in was so sweet! I didn’t catch her name and she is gone now but was amazing with my 4 yr old. I think her name was Pat. Dr. Eaton was also sweet and caring and gentle and very knowledgeable. If anything ever happens to my family this is where I come, Gladwin MidMich hospital. Even when my friends get sick I tell them to come here. They’re always polite, I am 37 years old and every hospital I go to around here is horrible. Either it’s not clean or the staff are very rude and get short with you and that makes me anxious, and I do not get that feeling here. I feel relaxed and I can get all my information out to the doctor. Thank you guys for the excellent care!

Dr. Eaton was excellent. Derick was good also. Great teamwork. Gladwin hospital is a great hospital. The medical staff is top notch. Thank you all.

They listened intently and made jokes with me which made me feel better; more comfortable.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
The staff working the CT scan ran into a few things with the wheelchair and didn’t help me lay down on the cot for the scan, causing me to fall back and it hurt where I was already in pain.
