The registering agent was curt. Other staff were kind and professional. I don’t like announcing my birthday aloud, or having my weight announced. It’s a privacy violation, in my opinion, and annoying. Also, repeating my symptoms three or four times is also annoying, especially when suffering.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Eliminate announcing personal information such as birthdates, weight, etc. Also, don’t make me repeat myself multiple times.

I arrived at 7:30ish, was checked in, vitals, history, as I have never been here before. By 10:30pm I had a diagnosis, meds, instructions and on my way by 11pm. I rarely get sick, but have spent many of evenings with my parents in the ER. This has been the best experience walking into an ER, that I have ever had in my life. Staff amazing from registration to Doctor. Thank you for the excellent care. [NAME]

Jesse did an amazing job taking care of me. He showed so much compassion and patience with me. Taking his time to explain everything to me and always asking if he could do anything for me. Perfect on all levels of care . Dr Schroeder was amazing as well. Thank you for taking such excellent care of me.

We were seen quickly and efficiently. All questions were answered and we were made to feel very secure in my husbands care. Great staff and great working relationship between them all made for a great er visit

Everyone was friendly, courteous, and thorough in their explanations. Candice and Dr Hoban (?) were both excellent. Everything ran smoothly and quickly. Very happy with my visit
