Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
They listened intently and made jokes with me which made me feel better; more comfortable.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
The staff working the CT scan ran into a few things with the wheelchair and didn’t help me lay down on the cot for the scan, causing me to fall back and it hurt where I was already in pain.

All the staff here is outstanding. They dont need micromanaging. They have a flow that is natural and works well.

My care and team was amazing. Before my sedation, the nurse and doctor prayed over me, which I have never had before. I do not live near here, but I will recommend this emergency room to anyone near
