The lost me for two hours. I was opposite end of nurses station and they got busy. When my friend went and talked to them, the response was we checked on her five mins ago. No they not. Once I was found the procedure was ok.

Even when I have to come here for a second opinion, every experience has been handled with oppropriateness. I always feel comforted and taken care of by people who I FEEL can trust to know what they are doing. I appreciate that feeling when we aren’t feeling well. Thank you for being there for us.

The doctor in practice under another doctor was really nice and took time with my child and my self making us feel like we were cared for.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Only complaint I have was my daughter came in with bloody stools and they gave her red jello so if she could give a sample there would have been red in the stool from that if she were to eat it also she can’t have things with red dye . I did bring it up to the doctor and they switched it out for something else.
