Meds that didn’t work. Dr argued with me about whether or not I bumped my head like he was there to witness it. I don’t appreciate the gaslighting.

The nurse that administered the meds and brought the urine sample cup had great bedside manner
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Show a little more compassion and not make the patient feel as though they are making the pain up. Making the patient feel as though they are only coming in for narcotics, not everyone is looking for controlled substances, just pain management.

The nurse during my visit was very kind and helpful. His name is Joshua.

I was in a room with a private bathroom attached and there was what appeared to be residual fecal matter on the floor next to the toilet. Not much, but it was slightly alarming.

Our nurse Ryan in the ED department was very attentive but the doctor could have treated my daughter a little better we found her rude in the tone in her voice like she didn’t care

Bill the RN was excellent!!! He was caring compassionate and had excellent bedside manner. He made a bad situation so much better. The physician did an awesome job having to piece together several hospitals records to get an understanding of a very complicate post surgical illness to find the best treatment. The young lady that did the cat scan stayed on top of getting the results and coordinating with other facilities for result comparisons. This was our first visit to this facility. And have found that we have never had better care than what we received this evening.
