I liked that everyone was understanding and kind. The doctor gave me advice and the nurses were friendly. They gave my husband water, I couldn’t have any at first but she remembered and brought me some later on her own without me asking.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I think today was a great visit the phlebotomist did a good job. I don’t think you could’ve done anything better

The nurse was amazing Melissa she is a rock star. The doctor was very helpful and gentle while going my stitches. Thank you so much for the amazing staff.

Woooowww!!! Everyone that helped me today we’re awesome and did a great job. Usually I hate going to the doctors but they made this a great visit.

Yes they were very concern about what was my issue,plus the nurse seen me needed help and came out with an wheelchair to help me and my sister now that’s team work, I really appreciate that careing is the key , continue to do your best in this nursing field and keep smiling.

Each person from receptionist to triage nurse to primary nurse, X-ray technician and the team leader the doctor was exceptional. Outstanding care and service from beginning to end. Thank you! Super stars each and all.

The physician was in and out very quickly, didn’t ask symptoms and felt very rushed. The test results posted to my chart yet it took another 1.5 hrs for a medical update.

I really appreciate the fact that you made sure that I had an appointment with the specialist as soon as possible before discharge and that you did everything you could to help speed up the appointment making sure they knew that it was an emergency situation instead of letting me handle it and hoping for the best. Thank you so much for actually listening to me instead of trying to tell me what is going on
