During my visit every employee I encountered was super kind, and friendly. They did their job fast and affectively. Courtney was an amazing nurse to me and made my stay very welcoming.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Not much, I just wish there were a couple more check-ins during the long waiting periods but I do understand that the workers are busy doing other tasks and helping others.

This hospital is the fastest hospital in the have been to.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
The first nurse I had, (not David) walked in anyways when I told her I was in the process of changing. She just said “oh well, I’m a nurse” and didn’t make me feel very comfortable.

How they handled my nonverbal autistic son, was great. They played with him and was very patient with him

Well the PA Kevin was wonderful listening to my various symptoms and concerns , and explaining everything well enough for me to understand with no ego. That is a rare feet now a days. Kate the nurse (the blood lady) did a great job despite my veins and her equipment not working right. Kate was fun to talk to despite the many pokes. These types of people are the reason I always choose st. Mary’s on schust. Your team here is wonderful. Thank you so much!

Other than change the name back to St. Mary’s nothing.

The nurse Marsha went above and beyond to care for me. She comforted me through my fear of needles and explained everything throughly. I commend her for going above and beyond an already busy job to make sure I knew what was going on, what to expect, and helping me ease some fears
