What could have been done to improve your experience?
Everything is very good, I was not satisfied that the male nursing assistant didn’t close the door, although he pulled the curtain, but my privacy was open for others to hear what was going on with me.

I received great quality care in the ER Dept. The nursing staff was very caring and compassionate and handled me with great care. My Dr was phenomenal and also the staff. I would recommend MyMichigan to anyone!

Team cares about their patient's. Doctor really took the time to talk to me about my pain and it was very peaceful. He made it comfortable and really listened

The entire care team listened to every request I had and question. Even got me a phone charger so I could keep my work and loved ones abridged on what was going on when my phone died Ct and ultrasound specialists were also fast and caring about any needs I had including the pain level of my pelvic ultrasound- the first time I was able to have one with minimal pain and no tears
