Absolutely the nurse was very caring and kind the tec was very helpful and kind and the doc was very punctual and helpful very thankful I happened to end up here :)

The doctor and nurse was very intentional with my care and did everything ask of to keep me comfortable.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Not having an ultra sound person on the weekend was a big inconvenience.

When you go to the hospital for pain and they actually help that is awesome. I have never took outside drugs in my life and this hospital didn’t treat me like I wanted drugs they really showed empathy and compassion and help reduce the pain.

Kristy went above and beyond to help me and also listen to my concerns: She communicated well and went to the doctor with my concerns. She was amazing! Dr. Small was nice and listened to me and made sure to answer my questions and showed empathy to what I was feeling and going through. Thanks for taking care of me,

Love how nurse and Dr explained things and did not rush. I know their work can be busy and behind and while the ER started to get busier I felt my care level, staff response times were on point for this day and age where many places are short staffed. I would come back here in the future

Kristyn the nurse was AMAZING! She was calm and patient with my autistic daughter. My daughter even wanted her to accompany to tests she needed. My daughter has never felt that comfortable with any stranger. I would love to put her in my pocket and take her home that’s how amazing she was.

The ER nurse Theresa was extraordinary and made me feel at ease with my emergency laceration. She is one of the best nurses I’ve ever had! Dr Haigis did such a great job on my 10 stitches I am so greatful

The man that drew my blood was very enthusiastic, didn’t rush & explained things to me very well. The doctor was great just like last time, the student was gentle & nice as well. Overall a really good experience to be in urgent care.

The care team worked quickly and was very understanding. They made the visit feel very comfortable and put my son at ease with the thought of stitches.
