Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Able to discuss the chronic issues even though they can’t offer a solution they did listen and asked me what I was looking for I still said a result even though I knew they couldn’t given one I have an upcoming appt with specialist this week so they will start me back on antibiotics and hope to return to work tomorrow, care was great here

Everyone was very friendly, the one problem that really needs attention is cleanliness.. Floors, doors, door knobs bathroom all need cleaning.

I liked how nice everyone was, I have medical-related trauma so have been hesitant to come in and get my wound looked at but staff were very pleasant and I had a good experience

This was the BEST care I’ve ever received at an ER! The staff was so kind and respectful given my embarrassing diagnosis. Dr Mihaltan was fabulous. Made me feel like a person and not “just a patient.” Entire staff was great. Thank you.

communication to patients could be better especially when there is a shortage or only one provider. Bedside manner could use improvement but once I mentioned it it went smooth,

The whole process was super fast , and everybody from registration to the doctor was fantastic. They were not dismissive at all and that’s something that I’ve had a problem with at other places. I appreciate the team here very much.

I was satisfied with the care. I had a student doctor and he was delicate with me while stitching my head. My nurse was excellent and understanding of my needs.
