The entire staff from Drs and nurses to lab X-ray and ultrasound treated him with respect and the utmost care. Everyone had great bedside manners.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
It could have been a shorter wait t or someone coming in to tell us why it’s taking so long and see if we needed anything, like a water or a snack since we were there so long.
