Denise the ER nurse was amazing as was the doctor and ct scan tech. I actually have a hospital closer by a few miles but the level of care, compassion and treatment here is superior to the other hospital.

All of it was. My son broke his arm and they were beyond helpful! The nurse Denise [ ] was really attentive to my son and his needs. She talked to him and played with him. She was exceptional! She cared for him and myself as if we were family! The doctor was great! He came in and explained everything clearly. He even talked to the ortho doctor and he ended up coming over to the ER to put a cast on him and set his arm so that the healing process would begin properly! It was amazing! The respiratory nurse came and explained what she was doing and everything! Super friendly and made conversation and made us feel relaxed. X-ray was fast and efficient! This was overall a really great experience. The staff and everything went smooth!

Everything was good except waiting over four hours for results by radiology that’s ridiculous if I had something major going on that was life threatening they would’ve been to late to let me know this has to change or they could have caused serious complications otherwise the nurse and doctor was excellent

I was really embarrassed coming in especially because I didn’t think it was really anything but they made me feel comfortable and did not overwhelm me at all.

The staff was absolutely amazing and ensured I was good through the whole process. They took care of me with care & professionalism.

I think the team was flawless. I’d recommend this team to anyone. Nothing needs to improve. Stay being awesome & doing your jobs with excellence.
