I have always loved coming to tawas for our emergencies the doctors and the nurses never make you feel dumb or wasting their time. I have always appreciated that aspect. We traveled farther to get here than then other hospital.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
The wait times from getting seem to being discharged is very long.

I think a doctors and nurses should listen to your problems that brought you in to the ER or Hospital and Both the Nurse’s and The Doctor that treated me did just that and beyond. Much better feelings
