The nurse Ashley Meeks is the best nurse I’ve ever had. She was quick, caring, kind, and knew exactly what she was doing. Everyone else did awesome too. 10/10 🙂

Tricia and Kenda were excellent at drawing my blood. I felt listened to by all the staff. I received prompt and competent attention in every stage of the visit.

PA Allie was excellent especially coordinating with other providers. She explained everything in detail and was very thorough.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
More nurses. I had to wait two hours for pain meds after they were ordered. Nurse was busy with other patients. I never saw my nurse during the four hour ER visit. Another nurse brought the shot after asking three times. That was the only negative

The time response was awesome, receptionist was quick and easy to communicate with. Some people have no business in dealing with people but not here. Very professional. Also, the level of comfort they provided for my injured child. They made it easy for him to relax and comply so they could conduct their examinations. Highly recommended
