Once I was brought back, the care was amazing
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Shorter wait time. Was referred by the urgent care clinic to the ER at 1715 EST and not actually seen until about 1945 EST. I understand staffing shortages, but there’s gotta be a way to improve times.

My nurse Brittanywas absolutely amazing. She made me feel like I mattered and spent extra time with me

Mitch was an amazing PM he took care and slowed down without asking with sticking me with a needle and made sure I was good. Danielle she was equally as amazing and gave a quick and understanding response about what to do and how to do it. Front desk also was civil and got me in WAYYYY faster than [ ]’s hospital. If I had to choose where to get hurt again I would choose near here. These people were nice, caring, and show real promise in the future.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Me not to get hurt but then I wouldn’t have meet these amazing people.

The wait time, not having to be seated for prolonged time . From X-ray to the dr. Telling me everything is fine was smooth and easy.

Nurses were very informative about their process through each step of treatment and were very understanding and accommodating of my fear of needles/IV placement. They were the most painless blood draw and IV placement I have had in a long time. Special Thank you to Nurse Erin for this and how personable she was. Doctors and staff were awesome!

Both nurses we dealt with tonight were very friendly and wonderful with my son who is autistic.

Very happy with our visit. Dr. Gluck and staff were all great with my daughter and took amazing care of her.

All of the staff that I interacted with treated me with kindness and compassion and respect. I say KUDOS to My Michigan Health in Sault Ste. Marie. Very professional staff. They explained everything so I could understand as I am a disabled senior and left ER feeling informed and health wise so much better. Thank you all for your superior care during my four hour stay.

Was surprised about being left with my door wide open by the Dr and having the iv fluid dripping all over me because it got taped shut after the nurse ripped it and didn’t want to grab a new one

More care, explain things, hearing you have a fever but not knowing what temp is confusing
