Dr Raycraft is always excellent and the student he had working with , I believe his name is Logan. Both were excellent

they gave my [AGE] year old a popsicle even tho the visit wasn’t for her 🥰 They was super kind when my youngest had to get a X-ray 😊

The staff were very responsive and took excellent care of me. In addition, they were very kind and understanding. I feel they did everything possible to ensure my comfort and provided the absolute best care.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
Lack luster doctor on staff. Didn’t seem to care about my symptoms and told me he wasn’t a dentist. I asked for him to reconsider his suggestion and he dismissed my concerns by walking away saying he couldn’t do anything. Left my room curtain open as he walked away.

The guy at the front desk was especially friendly . Everyone we encountered has been friendly and kind but he was especially great.

The team that set up my IV was really cool. The man that came in to take the second time was AWESOME, really funny and good at actually getting a vein quickly. The ED must not have been very busy tonight things seemed to move very quickly.

My doctor was outstanding and made my crap moment more tolerable just with her jokes and etc the department was all very friendly, floors could use a sweeping more frequent but hey we ain’t perfect.
