What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I felt that Hailey listened to my symptoms/concerns/needs and was able to provide me medical care that I felt comfortable with applying. Hailey was very professional/understanding/. She communicated clearly and precisely. It was nice dealing with a professional who was willing to listen and ask questions before making any assessments. I feel like she is very trustworthy and beyond competent.

Hailey was prompt and professional. I came into the office with an urgent health matter and was very satiafied with my experience as a patient. I highly recommend this clinic and it's clinicians.

I just went in for a tetanus shot after stepping on a nail. I waited 1.5 hours in waiting room with 3 others before me. I witnessed 2 people turned away at 5:16 & 5:25 when the clinic was open til 6. prior to me being called to the back 1 person that was not waiting to be called back and 1 of the 3 are all that left in the 1.5 hours I was there Extremely slow service.

I brought my [age] year old daughter to see Hailey at the walk in clinic. It was a very busy day and she was the only provider on staff that day (a Sunday) but Hailey was kind, thorough and patient. She provided excellent care to my daughter. Trina, the MA or LON who was working with her that day was also wonderful.

Waste of time going to the walk in clinic. I have sinus infection and chest congestion, I got zero service. I pay a lot of money for my health insurance, when I go to a medical care facility, I don't expect to be charged for nothing. I found it to be quite ridiculous that I couldn't even get an antibiotic. Walk in clinic has turned into nothing more than a veterinary clinic.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
The provider was great and went above and beyond to order a blood test. She mentioned that often the walk in clinic couldn’t do it but did so as I had symptoms and health concerns. The receptionist was not very friendly and right away said they don’t do blood work. I said I wanted to talk to the provider and she said she had to put something in the computer and acted frustrated and almost handed me paper to write down my reason. I also work in healthcare and did not feel valued. The nurse or LPN was great. Also Sault tribe just was getting back on its feet and only had their lab up the day before due to be down for over 4 weeks because of a data security incident. Some understanding and care and concern should be exercised in collaboration with local facilities.

I honestly appreciate her and if I could have her as a PCP I totally would. She is amazing and very nice. She is insightful and always listens even when I am being petty because I am afraid of being that sick again. She is one of my favorites. She is one of the offices top assets.

I went to the clinic after work. I got at 5:30pm and the lady at the desk told me she couldn't help me cuz they close at 6:00pm & there was 8 people ahead of me. Why close at 6 pm? Most people work until 5pm. So I had to come back the next morning. During flu season you should be open longer!
