What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Hailey is excellent! She is friendly and energetic, as well as succinct, efficient, and knowledgeable—a highly effective combination. She has seen all four of my children and has never deviated from the provision of positive, proactive service. She answers detailed questions with ease, and her care feels personalized and validating. Whenever we go to the walk-in clinic, I hope we have Hailey!

I took my [age] y/o father to the walk in clinic after a fall. The care was complete, appropriate and follow up was completed the same day. All staff were caring and professional.

She is truly a person who cares for her patients and goes the extra mile to find the problem, get the right medication and is truly someone who cares for her patients, not only medically but mentally. She's more than an asset, she's your jem!

It was on time, receptionist was efficient and friendly. The technician was helpful and efficient. She adjusted her speaking volume when I explained that the HVAC making my hearing aids ineffective.

I appreciated that she listened to my concerns, did an exam, and gave me the treatment that was necessary. She seemed to really care and want to help.

Went to the walk in for a persistent cough. Received absolutely wonderful care and not a long weight. They made me feel better as a parent about taking my child in.

She was one of the most knowledgeable PA I have seen in the Walk in Clinic. She was wonderful to talk with about my medical condition and listened,had already went over records before ever coming in to see us. I wish she was a PA that took patients . She was awesome!

She went above and beyond and helped us set up a PCP for my son instead of rushing us out the door she listened and helped. I appreciate her kindness and have had nothing but nice people who really care at this facility good job to all the staff!!

Excellent care to help my child with an unscheduled visit due to suspected UTI. Only trouble we had was the Rx was sent to Walgreens instead of Walmart and it took a little longer to track that down and get her the prescription than anticipated.

I had a very positive experience. My questions were answered, and an x-ray was taken and explained to me. This was in regard to a infected toe.

Walk-in clinic visit because EZ Care too busy. Hailey is super. Have seen her twice in past 2 months because EZCare not staffed/too busy.

We saw Miss Haleigh in the community care clinic. She provided exceptional care. Listened to our concerns and we were able to get a prescription the same day in order for my daughter to start feeling better.

Very punctual, polite, and professional. A trip to the dr is usually not something you forward to, but everyone on the staff was pleasant and moved us right through as thoroughly as needed.
