Registration was easy and personable. Getting my vitals was easy and upbeat while very professional. The NP was confident and informative. The one who brought crutches was very kind. Brittany did n amazing job explaining and administering the shot of Toridol. (Not sure on spelling) Overall a positive experience.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Possibly, a more thorough exam of the injured area.

Dr. Gluck is amazing. As someone with chronic illness I hope and prey he’s on duty when I have to come. He doesn’t doubt me, he doesn’t judge me. He remembers everything from previous visits and clearly has an excellent memory! Being ill this long with mysterious symptoms and causes has made it hard to trust doctors but I never have to worry about that with Gluck. That man deserves a raise and all the praise we can sing

The overall treatment was above what I have experienced in other emergency department's in the past. Kyle was very knowledgable and did a great job calming my nerves. Overall, was a pleasant experience. I feel better about my condition leaving than I did when I arrived.
