From registration Sandy to ER clerk Kerrie, provider Danielle, and ultrasound tech Shawna it was a pleasant ER visit. The entire staff put me at ease and were very caring. I am very happy to be seen at My Michigan Sault. They are a very great asset to the community.

The doctor and nurse communicated excellent with us on all of the tests that were done and why they were done and showed the utmost respect for us . the nurse practitioner was Kaylie and nurse was Emily

Not the ERs fault but felt as though 2 1/2 hrs sitting in the lobby with a broken ankle was excessive. It was extremely busy so I’m not sure if anything could change.

Maybe have staff check in with patients in the lobby to see if they need anything.

The concern for how my daughter felt before, during and after her procedure was really appreciated. She was nervous and feeling embarrassed but Dr. Gluck and the rest of the ER staff were all very kind and understanding of her feelings and she received the best care.
