Charles is a very very nice guy and super friendly. Made me forget I was even in an emergency room. :D
What could have been done to improve your experience?
The wait time was a bit much. I waited for over 4 hours. Totally not anyone’s fault though. I understand a high volume of patients in a short time frame makes for a long wait. I suggest maybe telling patients an accurately estimated wait time, I am fully aware that wait times are never a guarantee. This way when I patient waits for an extended amount of time they won’t become agitated.

The triage nurse & April were awesome and friendly. Dr Ockenfels was also kind and explained things in an understandable way

I suffered an extremely traumatic car accident and coming in I didn’t know what to expect. That changed immediately. I was taken back to a nice room right away, made comfortable and was well taken care of from the there on. I’m [AGE] and this is by far my best experience in an emergency room. I never at any time worried about anything my doctors and my nurse Elena were the best part of my terrible accident but they took every precaution and I am so very grateful for the wonderful care that I was given and shown,, thank you so much and God bless you all,
