Excellent care to help my child with an unscheduled visit due to suspected UTI. Only trouble we had was the Rx was sent to Walgreens instead of Walmart and it took a little longer to track that down and get her the prescription than anticipated.
What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
We saw Miss Haleigh in the community care clinic. She provided exceptional care. Listened to our concerns and we were able to get a prescription the same day in order for my daughter to start feeling better.

Very punctual, polite, and professional. A trip to the dr is usually not something you forward to, but everyone on the staff was pleasant and moved us right through as thoroughly as needed.
What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
It will do in a pinch. Know what your doing as a patient and preferably anything serious head down to Petoskey or Detroit. My best drs are in Oakland/Wayne County.

This Walk-in Urgent Care Clinic is top notch! From answering my questions when I first called to inquire their hours and if I should come there; to the professional yet welcoming manner Jen, their receptionist, treated me; to Trina, the nurse, who carefully and professionally took down my medical history as well as my reason for coming there; and finally to P.A. Hailey, who was professional and caring at the same time , in providing me with the highest degree of medical care and treatment, I have and will continue to recommend this medical care facility!! Thank you all! I also appreciate the professionalism and compassionate treatment I received from Julie in Radiology. She carefully took the x-rays that would show that I had broken my right pinkie toe. This may seem a small injury, but I can tell you it was quite painful, yet Julie took great care to be sure that my pain did notincrease no matter positions my foot had to be in. Strongly recommend Julie as the best in Radiolog

I WISH THEY HAD TOLD ME THAT THE VETERANS ASMIBISTRATION DOES NOT RECOGNIZE THAM AS A SERVICE FOR VETERANS AND WILL NOT PAY THEIR BILL FOR ME. THEY MUST BILL TRI-CARE IF THEY WANT PAY AS I PERSONALLY HAVE TOLD MY-MICHIGAN NEVER TO DO ANYTHING THAT I PERSONALLY HAVE TO PAY FOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hailey was terrific. She came up with a plan to handle my shingles, explained carefully and patiently, answered my questions. It was a positive experience.

I was very pleased with my experience at the Walk-In Care Clinic. It was the first time I had been there. The staff was professional and I was treated and cared for well. I arrived a few minutes before closing and I was still seen. I appreciate the excellent care and service. Thank you.

Hailey is very thorough in her questions and explanations. She is able to do a great job of in room visual testing, in my case, neurological. She is very professional but puts patients at ease. I think she is a wonderful provider, and would highly recommend her!!🤗🤗

She was super professional, made me feel heard and understood. Didn’t judge me on any of my answers or questions. Super efficient office visit as well which I was extremely impressed with.

Hailey was excellent! My son was seen by her in the walk-in clinic. She was friendly and listened to both myself and my child (patient). She acknowledged what had been discussed and also provided additional support/information to the situation. I appreciated our visit with her and would most definitely see her again!

My experience with the provider was great. My experience with the front desk was extremely poor. I was very sick and hadn't had much sleep in 3-4 days. When I walked in the door I saw they had a number system so I pulled a # and sat down. Two more people came in behind me and she signed them in. When I went up and ask if they don't use the number system her reply was sometimes I don't notice that someone has taken a # and just keep signing them in. My suggestion would be for your office to do one or the other. If she isn't going to ask patients to get a number and doesn't look to see if there has been any pulled what is the sense in having a # system sitting out there. It put me seeing the provider later than it should have been.
