The main nurse, Ashley was very helpful and knowledgeable on everything. Very tentative.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
The waiting room experience could’ve been better. I was in immense pain and didn’t get sent back to a room for over 30 mins. Could’ve been quicker.

Communication was very good, we had taken our daughter to another hospital 2 days prior and pretty much was sent home with a sorry we couldn’t fix her elbow. My Michigan ordered extra x rays and found irregularity in elbow and are sending us to orthopedic. Top notch care even with a busy er today!

Allison was fantastic. Listened and was very conscious of any pain I was in. Definitely made me feel better during the procedure.

I know it’s probably understaffed and hard, but I was waiting to be seen for a while.

Room was chilly, hand soaking in lukewarm water which turned cold. Warm blanket would have helped.

The staff were incredible, even when an unruly patient was next door, they made the environment safe and controlled the situation. So blessed to have these community healthcare professionals in our community

Everyone was professional and caring. Dr. Gluck was excellent In explaining the medical issues and the treatment possibilities!
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Only thing that could possibly be improved was a quicker check-in. I was feeling quite distressed and getting checked in quicker would have been nice. No issue with the desk so maybe it’s not possible.

Registration was easy and personable. Getting my vitals was easy and upbeat while very professional. The NP was confident and informative. The one who brought crutches was very kind. Brittany did n amazing job explaining and administering the shot of Toridol. (Not sure on spelling) Overall a positive experience.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Possibly, a more thorough exam of the injured area.
