I appreciated that all the members of my doctor’s team introduced themselves and made sure I knew how to reach them with any questions I might have. I was given an information sheet with everyone’s phone numbers and email addresses. My doctor gave me numerous opportunities to ask questions about my diagnosis and treatment plan.

The care and compassion are better than anything that I've experienced before. From the time you walk in, you are greeted with a smile and a 'hello'. Patients as well as staff are friendly and kind. There is a feeling of camaraderie -- we're all in this together -- that is comforting. An overall sense of peace and tranquility can be felt.
A cancer diagnosis is chilling, but the folks at MD Anderson go to great lengths to bring comfort to their patients.

The facility, doctors and staff are first class. There is no lengthy waiting for the appointment and a patient is surrounded by professionals who I believe are sincerely motivated to iproviding the most comprehensive and medically advanced treatment options available. If an individual must deal with this life altering and debilitating disease, this is where need to begin the journey.

Our reception was prompt, and there was little waiting. Dr Pinto showed interest in our family, talking to our small great grandson.
The Dr went right to our reason for the visit and recommended some things, and we were done!
