The entire process was well executed. The staff was friendly and caring. Dr. Norkin was excellent. He listened to all my symptoms, went over all of the laboratory that I had prior to the visit and discussed the plan going ahead.

MDA People are Great. Dr Pinto is a pleasure to see and speak with and makes each visit informative and personally constructive. Everyone at MDA since my sudden introduction in early 2023 has been caring, professional, compassionate beyond expectation. A great, beneficent organization. I met with Dr. Pinto on March 12th to discuss Immunotherapy as a pre surgery option to potentially shrink squamous cancer cell tumor located on my face.
Dr. Pinto provided detailed information regarding this therapy and how I might benefit from such therapy if I believe immunotherapy would be right for me.
He took his time and was patient while I asked questions as basic as the infusion schedule to the side effects I might expect, to the fact there is no guarantee the tumor will shrink or that my cancer might not spread prior to surgery.
He also provided literature for my review. I believe I am able to make an informed decision because of Dr. Pinto's thorough explanation of the process and his willingness to answer all my questions.
