Everything! From the friendly reception at the clinic front desk and their prompt and efficient check-in process, to the courteous intake by Nurse Abby and her detailed explanations, to the friendly introduction and explanation by Nurse Navigator Stacy of her role to facilitate "everything", to the exceptional introductory visit with Dr. Norkin and his attentiveness and responses to all my questions, to the friendly check-out and scheduling of appointments by the office staff.
In the MD Anderson world of positive, friendly, courteous and efficient care - these folks all stood out. Simply the best experience a patient could hope for!

From the first time I met Dr Zaiden for 2nd opinion I felt something clicked ... He not only was thorough but he was intentional to listen and was gracious at every point with precise understanding of my concerns and what I should be concerned about. I do a lot of reading and try to be an advocate for my own care but I believe GOD hand picked him just for me. I'm so very thankful right down to the staff who spent so much time to get me positioned now that I've decided to leave Mayo of 6 years to get the best possible overall cancer care . I feel whenever my last breath is I'm now at peace....Thank you for welcoming me to your family. God Bless

Doctor was very patient ,,informative, and conginal. Staf caring, polite,and conginal. No real waiting to be cared for. Everyone very kind. Just a grate experience both visits of being at B M D A. I even complimented the staff of my comments above after being seen and being escorted out. .. very clean facility and atmosphere. Dr Pinto really connects with patients. He is thorough in checking prior labs and comparing with current labs. I never feel rushed during my appointment as I’ve been in other offices where the doctor just hops from one patient to the next. I feel that he is genuinely interested in what I have to say and doesn’t have one foot out the door.
