You are not hurried and when you need a referral they completely set it up for you before you leave. None of this "they will call you". No they won't. All of these appointments are set up right here. It's downtown, where do I park? They have their own parking garage. I need labs, right here in the building. I need chemo, right here in the building.

The friendly staff and efficient checkin. The treatments were mostly on time and the RNs were caring, friendly and answered my questions in a way that I could understand what was happenening with the treatments. (July,RN, and Katie,RN were so caring!)
