The hematology team members were absolutely awesome! At check in, I was greeted by friendly receptionists. My wait time was about 5 minutes when Lisa, the nurse, called my name. She completed my vitals, professionally and promptly. Lisa reviewed my list of meds and asked some questions. Dr. Pham appeared right on time. Lisa exited the room after showing Dr. Pham my vitals. Dr. Pham was very cordial and friendly. He reviewed my bloodwork with efficiency, covering those areas of concern . He wrote down his recommendations on the copy of my bloodwork and suggested my next appointment month. My appointment time was scheduled to accommodate my time frame. I was provided with a report and left. I appreciate all the staff efficiency during my visit. Everything went smoothly, like clock work. I most appreciate the doctor being on time for my appointment. That means a lot to me as the staff value me as a patient. Thank you to all !
