To begin, the front desk people are super. Cathy has always been wonderful. Then Dee comes to bring us in. She is kind and compassionate. She introduced us to new person- Shay- competent and lovely. Dr. Pham- always kind, respectful and knowledgable. Then the checkout/ 2 great people- Randy and Theresa.

Very short wait time. The staff was very helpful and courteous.

Dr. Pham was efficient - interested in my welfare. Not in a hurry. The nurses were friendly and joyful. We had some good laughs. The place was clean. I had all my questions answered. I highly recommend this place for treatment.

Baptist MD Anderson at Baptist South it's a very efficiently run hospital unit. The staff is always very nice and of course I love Dr Pham who routinely checks on me after my kidney cancer. He's always very thorough and gives great advice and I try to do what he said since he discovered my cancer five years ago and pretty much saved my life!
I will continue to see him every six months because I know he's going to be tuned in to any possible issues in the future
