Dr Pinto really connects with patients. He is thorough in checking prior labs and comparing with current labs. I never feel rushed during my appointment as I’ve been in other offices where the doctor just hops from one patient to the next. I feel that he is genuinely interested in what I have to say and doesn’t have one foot out the door.

Dr. Pinto is a great physician. He takes out a quality amount of time to listen to my health concerns, explains his recommendations and follows through with a treatment plan. Dr. Pinto shows genuine concern for his patients which also says he loves what he does as a provider. The entire staff is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, respectful and provides compassionate care to their patients. I couldn't have chosen a better team to provide the kind of treatment that was given to me during my infusions. I feel blessed and I know my care is in good hands. Thank you hematology team. Extremely happy with Oncology/Dr. Pinto and crew. Appointment was on Monday and I thought it was on Tuesday. I was going to be late getting in so I called. They quickly turned the Appointment into a zoom/online visit so we were able to move forward without skipping a beat. No missed Appointment, no fee, and everything went great. 10 minutes later and I'm still sitting in my recliner. Wow. Went so fast it almost felt like it never happened. Outstanding!!

Professional caring personable staff members - from reception to nurses to the physician, Dr Pinto. I feel like they care about me and treating my condition for best results. Dealing with cancer, at any levelor stage, can be stressful. It requires keeping on top of appts., insurance, grants, nutrition, medications, labs, additional phone calls, family concerns, mental attitude to “run the long race”. It’s Baptist/MD Anderson’s empathetic patient-centric approach to top shelf patient care that separates them from the rest. Dr. Ian Pinto and the supporting staff are exceptional care givers and life enhancers. I am most grateful and fortunate to have found them at a critical point in my life.
