Professional caring personable staff members - from reception to nurses to the physician, Dr Pinto. I feel like they care about me and treating my condition for best results. I would recommend them to anyone. In fact, I recommended them just this morning to a friend that has been diagnosed with kidney cancer.

Dealing with cancer, at any levelor stage, can be stressful. It requires keeping on top of appts., insurance, grants, nutrition, medications, labs, additional phone calls, family concerns, mental attitude to “run the long race”. It’s Baptist/MD Anderson’s empathetic patient-centric approach to top shelf patient care that separates them from the rest. Dr. Ian Pinto and the supporting staff are exceptional care givers and life enhancers. I am most grateful and fortunate to have found them at a critical point in my life.

My Oncologist, Dr. Pinto thinks ahead and take remedial action to address issues before they become major anomalies. He listens carefully and responds to concerns effectively. He interacts well and willing to take necessarily actions to the requests if they make sense. He is friendly and easy to work with. His staff are quick to respond to vm and/or messages and follow up and follow through effectively

I am so happy with my doctors at MD Anderson Baptist Hosp! Dr Pinto was the Best! He explained everything to me and took time with me and helped me feel at ease and comfortable with the immunotherapy I will be getting prior to my surgery! A very nice man!!

This place treats you like family. Very compassionate and genuinely seem to care about you as a person. Everyone I have seen has been very friendly and you never feel you are being rushed in and out. They make it tolerable to go through all of the nasty procedures you have to go through to become well again. Highly recommend!! Thank you all. I am now cancer free!

Upon my arrival I was experiencing bad anxiety of what to expect as a new patient. Starting at check in registration greeted me with a warm welcome and a contagious smile. The entire staff was very helpful, informative and provided phenomenal service. Dr. Pinto is an amazing physician and comes highly recommended. He was very efficient, sincerely cares about his patients and is very thorough.
