Caitlin Sargent is so articulate and professional. I had a misunderstanding about the Signatera test indicator and she took the time to explain why the Signatera test doesn't replace the need for a colonoscopy, especially since my scan showed a questionable shadow. I was going to skip the colonoscopy but was mildly scolded by Caitlin and I have one scheduled for March 3 at Borland Groober. She was so patient with me and detailed the need to continue with M.D. Anderson's care plan. I felt like she really took the time to partner with me in my care.

I love my the GI Depatment staff because they are very professional. They are compassionate and lovable. I have been a patient there since 2023, Dr. [last name], the nurse practitioners ([last name] and Sargent) my nurse (Ellie),Medical Assistants (Karen and Ashley) care about my well being.
Everyone whom I have met since 2023 in this facility The registration Dept( Mrs. Lisa),, Financial Dept. ( Mrs.Millicent & Latoya) Gynecologist Dept., Radiation Dept Dr. [last name], & Mrs. Mary) Infusion Dept, (July, & Joann) and the Chapel office ( Balinda & Joel) have shown so much love not only to me but others as we are walking through this journey.

My experience at Baptist Medical MD Anderson Cancer Center has been fantastic.
