Dr Zaiden speaks to me directly. I understand his questions and information. He doesn't talk down to me. He offered the option for an online appointment and I'll consider it when he and I are are satisfied that my PSA level is under control.

Dr. Zaiden has been fantastic! He takes his time to fully explain everything and answers all of our questions. I genuinely feel like he’s my greatest advocate. The entire team has been nothing short of outstanding. I have been so impressed with Baptist medical facilities and people I’ll be looking for a new primary care physician who is part of the Baptist system!

The deep concern, care and in-depth explanation about my condition. The staff is absolutely wonderful, and I love, love, love the old baptist instrumental hymns playing in the background. It was so comforting and joyful. Additionally, I have to say that this is the most beautiful hospital I've ever seen and the views are breathtaking. I'm so very thankful that I will be in this hospitals care.

Dr. Zaiden is fantastic. He is very knowledgeable, explains things clearly and really cares about the patients. The staff is very courteous and professional and are always looking for ways to be helpful.
