By far the best patient experience
I've ever had. Staffed with caring professionals who patiently walk you through the treatment process. Dr. Zaiden is an amazing, compassionate provider. He knew my medical history and provided clear monitoring and treatment recommendations. Very highly recommended!

Doctors and staff were prepared for consult. It was obvious that they had thoroughly reviewed my history. They explained things clearly and in detail. It was a team approach and everyone was pleasant and empathetic. The appointments were punctual and non rushed. Excellent facility.

Dr. Zaiden and team are extremely warm and caring . VERY professional in there understanding and information . Elle and Candice add a great layer of constant patient contact . I have been a patient for almost five years . I worked for 20 plus years in Radiation Oncology executive management and have seen programs across the country , and I do not believe there is better treatment available anywhere than MD Anderson Baptist right here in Jacksonville.

From new patient check-in, to my care coordinator who escorted me to my doctor's waiting area, to MA Ashley, and Dr. Zaiden himself, I could not have asked for better, more friendly and thorough, compassionate care. Dr. Zaiden knew my cancer history and answered all my questions regarding follow-on treatment. By far one of the best patient care experiences I've ever had.

Doctor Zaiden and his team are passionate, attentive and knowledgeable about me and my prognosis. While I know they have a heavy case load it certainly doesn’t feel that way when I meet with any of the team.
