I have been well taken care of upon the discovery of my cancer, during the treatment & follow up. I felt the team had my care & attack plan in my best interest. I am here as proof that the care I received was successful. All my appointments were on time, the people from all aspects were professional & compassionate. I would highly recommend MD Anderson for your journey in the emotional fight against the cancer. Conquering cancer with the right team as MD Anderson is a great start.

Everyone was very friendly. The nurses explained the tests they did. The doctor explained my diagnosis and treatment options very well, and in plain language that I could understand. He made sure I had all my questions answered.

Your check-in employee for Dr. Zaiden:Janice was very professional and courteous and well groomed. Friendly demeanor. Has always been like that since I started seeing Dr. Zaiden over a year ago. Ashley, who took me to my room and took my vitals and went over my current health questions etc, was very professional, courteous and well groomed.Ellie, Dr. Zaiden 's nurse, came into the room to discuss my visit, asked me if I had any questions and explained to me my next upcoming visits in April. She took me to the check-out area where I met Alexis who set me up with my next appointments in April including catscan. She was very pleasant, courteous, professional with a nice sense of humor. And last but not least, Dr. Zaiden was the consummate professional, discussed in detail the results of my lab work & catscan and explained the road ahead for me as far as catscans and lab work. What I really appreciate about Dr. Zaiden is that he takes his time with you and he doesn't make like he's rushing trying to get to his next patient. And he always ask if I have any questions or concerns before I leave the room. A lot of doctors can learn from Dr. Zaiden that when he is in front of you, you in are his focus. Great job by all and all represent Baptist MD Anderson very well!!
