I like the fact that a patients office visit can be done by video call. I feel this is a win win for the Dr & the patient, It saves time & can be done from the comfort of the dr ‘s office & patience home. Also, it may help a weak patient from the struggle of travel & being exposed to health threatening environment.

I will preface this by saying that I have been cancer-free for a little more than a year now. That may make the impact of my comments modified since everything has been so positive. But the staff at MD Anderson, from reception to incoming screening to lab to check-in to chemo to nurses to Dr. Zaiden have always been positive, friendly, and extremely professional. The treatment, plus being in the Entera study group, has lifted our spirits and made life positive again. From the time you enter the welcoming facilities to the time you leave the convenient parking deck, you feel like you have been visiting a friend's house rather than a hospital setting. We thought about the unfortunate dichotomy for Dr. Zaiden ... reporting to us our almost perfect blood results to having to tell someone their cancer has returned. We are sure in both cases he is compassionate, caring and understanding. We love him and everyone there.

Dr. Zaiden & his staff are awesome. They took time to listen to me. They schedule you for an hour appointment and if you need more time you get it. They really care about you. I would recommend MD Anderson and Dr. Zaiden to anyone with cancer issues!! They are the best!!

Dr. Robert Zaiden is amazing . I work in the field of Radiation Oncology , I also am a stage Four cancer patient. He is so communicative . accessible , and completely engaged. His staff is amazing as well , Elle took over for Candise an we they are both fantastic. I now present to my customers as VP strategic director not only equipment but the patient experience when I present to CEO , COO , and CFO's . I also love the EPIC portal.
