Everything! From the moment I walk through the door and am greeted, to checking in, the nursing staff and the physician!!! They are all amazing. Dr. Zaiden is the most knowledgeable physician I have ever had!

Dr. Zaiden has taken care of me for 14 years and each visit is like the very first time. His care has been consistent over the years. Every appointment has been on time in 14 years. I met him at UF Health and when he switched to Baptist I packed by bags and went with him. He has seen me through 9 months of Chemotherapy, Bone Marrow Transplant, and a multitude of labs and treatment. My entire care team has been kind and professional every single time. When there is a need they are quick to respond and the need is met. I am alive because of my doctor and care team. They are the Gold Standard of medical care.

Dr. Zaiden was absolutely amazing. I sincerely appreciated his candor, concern, and sincerity regarding my situation. Caring is something you can’t manufacture—you either have it, or you don’t. I felt the love/concern throughout my visit by everyone who interacted with me. While I have some pivotal decisions to make in the coming weeks, my wife and I have a better understanding of what we will face as a result of this visit. Dr. Zaiden is my oncologist. And he is top notch, that's for sure. His explanations are always clear and easily understood. And he makes sure I understand what he has just told me before moving on to my next question. (I always seem to have at least one more question to ask.) He has a way of always making sure I feel comfortable without making a big deal about doing so. And feeling comfortable when talking to your oncologist is a big deal in my book. I appreciate so much that I got the luck of the draw when Dr. Zaiden was given me as one of his patients.
