I feel like they are listening to me and taking the time to figure out what's wrong, unlike most primary care doctors who are pushing you thru as quickly as they can to make a profit.

Staff was great. Kathleen Brown is very nice, but also highly professional and knowledgeable. We arrived an hour early, due to labs only taking a few minutes. They took us in right away

The clinic is very comfortable. They offer coffee, sandwiches and snacks for patients, making our time there less difficult. The staff is just amazing, and Donna is just the best. I hope she will take care of me on my next infusion, she way more professional and human than the other nurses.

All concerns that I had were addressed and questions answered. My provider listened to me, showed compassion and understood my thoughts on my care, even if she might not have agreed with me. I find that is rare in most health care situations today.

All the office staff, nurses go above and beyond for all of us patience. They offer blankets to keep warm/water/small snakes as were sitting in infusion chairs for some time. I even got a call from Nurse Danielle the day after to check on my care and felt so cared for but once you start going weekly they get to know you more and it feels like family.

The nurses and staff were so wonderful and amazing! I loved Hilda as she was the very best at giving me the IV’s as I was a hard stick!! Also Madison was great at IV’s too and both had amazing expertise and kindness! A big shout out to the entire team and to Mary, Sally, Terrance, Michelle, Teresa for going it of their way to make my experience beautiful!! I love my certificate for completing chemo and they all signed it!! Made me cry so hard it was beautiful running the long awaited bell!! Thank you so much!!
