This office consistently runs smoothly. The staff all are considerate and concerned about outcomes for patients. There is no wasted time but also no feeling of being rushed. I would like to point out one person who recently went out of her way to assist. She is an MA in the medical oncology division, and her first name is Shermeka. I asked for advice on obtaining an itemized bill to submit to my cancer insurance office for a mammogram I had done in December, 2025. I had called Baptist billing 3 times to request it, and each time was assured it would be mailed. It was never received. Shermeka said she would see what she could do. I was expecting a new phone number I could call, but Shermeka stunned me when she came back with the bill itself and an envelope I could use to mail my claim! This was truly exceptional assistance, and I hope her actions don't go unnoticed!
