There are a couple things that I found very personable. The first thing that I thought was helpful was to meet with a Patient Financial person. The binder is an awesome added bonus. The fact that the Financial advisor personally walked you to your appointment and pointed out spots of interest along the way was another gesture of caring for your patients. Joseph was a wonderful host. In addition, he promised to call me while I was waiting for my appointment to set up a Medicaid appointment. I hadn't heard from him before leaving so I stopped by the Financial area expecting to get a general, run of the mill relayed response. However, I was pleasantly surprised when the lady told me he would right out. He personally came and talked to me. Explained to me that his manager was still in a meeting and promised to call me the next day to set up an appointment. Guess what? He did call me. He followed through and did what he said he was going to do without me having to make a phone call to prompt him. To make things even better, Dr. Dragovich was amazing and his nurse, Chiari, was exceptional as well. They made me feel like I mattered and they cared. Fantastic experience. I hope all my future visits are as well. You've set the bar, now to maintain it. Thank you for a wonderful visit.

I was over a half an hour late to my appointment yesterday because of the train stopping before we could make it to MD Anderson Downtown campus. I notified the office twice about being late and the nurse called me. Dr Dragovich's office was nice enough to see me when we finally got to the office. Everyone was kind about the situation.

Friendly staff , lots of private area . Great relaxing View. Lunch time. Very nice to offer snack and drink for my wife . Very clean areas. Patient recliner is not very comfortable but I understand it has to be hospital quality to support and be cleaned . I plan to bring extra blanket to make it softer . Looking forward for my next visit 😊
