Good scheduling. They try to schedule infusions and Dr visits on the same day and make them adjacent time wise. They are very responsive when contacting them on mychart.

First, I loved being treated with empathy by doctors and staff who understand the fight required to lengthen a life threatened by cancer. They have unselfishly committed themselves to patients like me who,at least initially, don't really know what lies ahead and how their lives will change fighting this disease. I am so greatful for these warriors and the respect that they muster for each and every patient. They have surrounded me with an environment of excellence. Each person continues excelling in their job. They are offering me and many others their very best to every one of us who walks through the doors of MDA. I feel humbled by just the sheer numbers of others who have had to join the fight and I feel proud of all those who have shared the commitment to walk with us on this journey. How could anyone ask for better care? May God bless you all.

WE love all of you. Your caring attitude, professionals in every aspect of clinical care. I been coming in every 6 months for 3 years and not 1 time have we had to wait more than 15 minutes for any treatment or appointments. You walk with the angels and the good lord knows it.

Everyone does a great job, but Martha the receptionist on the 6th floor Dr [last name]'s office is exceptional. I came for my 2pm appointment. I was hungry and the cafeteria closed at 2pm. She kindly gave me her Caesar salad. Kudos to her.
