Dr Norkin spends a great deal of time discussing test results , treatment plans & answers every question posed to him Nursing staff , Medical Assistants , & Administrative scheduling staff all courteous & professional . Great experience start to finish if you have to have a Hematological problem .

My first experience with MD Anderson was a good experience. Staff took time to record all of my health history and current issues. Dr. Norkin was friendly and approachable. I was comfortable that he understood my issues and conveyed lab results and treatment plans in a positive manner.

The professional & compassionate attitude of everyone from the staff at the reception desk , to the clinicians who take vitals & history to the physician or Nurse Practitioner to the Check out staff . Dr Norkin & Cherri [last name] are always open to answering my questions , thoroughly discuss test results & treatments & listen attentively . They are Extremely knowledgeable & because of these traits & my past experience with these Clinicians , I feel confidence in them & hope for the future .
