My first experience with MD Anderson was a good experience. Staff took time to record all of my health history and current issues. Dr. Norkin was friendly and approachable. I was comfortable that he understood my issues and conveyed lab results and treatment plans in a positive manner.

The professional & compassionate attitude of everyone from the staff at the reception desk , to the clinicians who take vitals & history to the physician or Nurse Practitioner to the Check out staff . Dr Norkin & Cherri [last name] are always open to answering my questions , thoroughly discuss test results & treatments & listen attentively . They are Extremely knowledgeable & because of these traits & my past experience with these Clinicians , I feel confidence in them & hope for the future .

I was impressed with the time and care. In particular Abbie Dr. Norkin's nurse was amazing. She took her time and made an impression of being very caring. She made sure I had all of the contact information. Dr. Norkin was thorough and had taken the time to review my chart.

The doctors and nurses were attentive to what i was going through and dealing with. I can call them and they get back with me within at least the day. it doesn't take long, and they give me advice as to how to deal with any issue i may be having. they were kind and helpful and willing to explain anything that i might have been confused on or wanting to learn. it's a great place to get care.
