The entire process was well executed. The staff was friendly and caring. Dr. Norkin was excellent. He listened to all my symptoms, went over all of the laboratory that I had prior to the visit and discussed the plan going ahead.

Visiting your hospital was a great experience. Every worker from the registrationr workers, to the nurses, and the doctor, were not only professional, but friendly and made me feel so comfortable. I had a great visit with Dr. Norkin. He was not only easy to understand, but was attentive to all my needs, and answered all my questions. Thanks to all who work and volunteer at Baptist MD Anderson Cancer Center. You all made a difficult time so much easier for me.

The lady that drew my blood was very personable and we engaged in conversations that showed me she cared about me and backed the center telling me how much I would enjoy returning to center again and a Gain. She was just so delightful . And I might add, no bruises from the blood draw!!
