My visit was on time. Dr. Norkin is open to all my questions and was very attentive and prepared to address my health situation. The check out staff was also very attentive to my needs for future visit schedule. Also, every effort was made to accomodate my needs as I travel for my care.

Internet access to medical test results. Advance check-in at MDA website. Other useful MDA website features such as messaging and billing. Excellent facility. Easy to navigate. Appears to be state-of-the art. Convenient parking.

Everyone from the receptionist to the financial person "Kyle" were very helpful, understanding and welcoming. I retired from Shands and had the opportunity to work in many departments throughout the organization as I was a member of TJC readiness team.
