Everyone is kind and efficient, and I believe that I am getting quality care from everyone involved: From the clerks who sign me in, the nurses and aides who take the history, do the vital signs, to the physician who determines my care. Even in the hallways, I walk to the clinic the personnel I meet along the way are friendly, upbeat and cheerful. I never hesitate to recommend MD Anderson to any friends, family or acquaintances. I do it with enthusiasm and with assurance that I am giving them the best advice they will ever receive.

Everyone was so kind and welcoming. I arrived with trepidation but was met with the kindest staff imaginable, literally from the time I stepped into the lobby to being escorted by Joseph to Dr. Norkin's office. Dr. Norkin's nurse was thorough in going over my medical history. Dr. Norkin was also kind and took time to answer my questions and discuss plans for monitoring my condition going forward.

Very respectful and positive interactions with staff beginning with the receptionist, intake personnel, Nurse Navigator, Stacy [last name], and Dr. Norkin. Prior to my appointment Dr. Norkin took the time to review my past 23 year cancer history. He showed genuine interest in my case even though there is no evidence of disease and the present protocol is a bi-annual blood draw and consultation. My first impression is that the system is responsive and accessible, which is a welcome change for me.

As usual per my previous surveys, Baptist Healthplace is a great place for me to have my blood drawn before doctor appointments. Very beautiful building, lots of easy parking, great and gentle staff and quick check-in service.

Visiting your hospital was a great experience. Every worker from the registrationr workers, to the nurses, and the doctor, were not only professional, but friendly and made me feel so comfortable. I had a great visit with Dr. Norkin. He was not only easy to understand, but was attentive to all my needs, and answered all my questions. Thanks to all who work and volunteer at Baptist MD Anderson Cancer Center. You all made a difficult time so much easier for me.
