Always comforting no matter what the news. Marlia went above and beyond to get me an appointment at the Hill since I am leaving town for 4 months. She made no promises orher than to try her hardest. I got called and was seen that same day. Lisa is always honest but assuring. Thats appreciated so much. Love all my Baptists docs and won't go anywhere else.

Just about everything. Scheduling was based on my preference; the staff at all levels from the check-in ladies (shout-out for Annie) through the many techs, nurses and physicians are personable, thoughtful and speak in layman's terms; the facility is immaculate and bright (and the artwork is great).

The care and support that I received during my cancer journey was excellent. Everyone very professional, compassionate, , kind and caring .The worker keep a smile on their face meant a lot . Especially when you are going through something as 🥲 as cancer. I am truly grateful.

The office procedure seemed to be very good. The nurse was very thorough and friendly. Dr. Mays, seem to be very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I asked questions, they were answered. I was examined and was given the outcome. I have no complaints. I was very satisfied.

every single person just walking in to your 1301 palm Ave location is perfectly picked to brighten and welcome each patient walking in. This location is not close to me and even though the location in Fleming island is very nice it shadows in comparison to the palm Ave. Dr.[last name] is very informative and in terms of providing a plan of action for care. Dr. Defazio
and Dr. [last name] are very professional and RN McKenzie, England, and Morgan are very patient and professional as well.

They go over your medication and ask how you are feeling and if you have any questions they answer them. The exam was very extensive. They go over your future appointments and what to expect.

From the moment I enter the building, I am received so kindly and caringly by the ladies on the first floor. The ladies that I meet at the desk on the seventh floor are always so friendly and helpful. Once inside for my exam, those ladies have always made me feel so comfortable. The staff seems very knowledgeable, efficient, and supportive. Even check out is a good experience. I drive from St Augustine to MD Anderson and I always look forward to being there because of the staff. The beautiful building seems as if I am walking into a pretty art museum. It’s a treat.
