I appreciate the staff being professional and attentive. Dr Ching-Tismal explained my diagnosis and not only answered my questions, but also my family questions. I did not feel rushed or feel as though my questions and concerns were ignored.

All of the staff are warm and friendly, and my PA, Christelle, is the best! She’s extremely knowledgeable and always takes the time to answer all of my concerns. She’s also very responsive and timely when dealing with my insurance company which I really appreciate.

The procedure were schedule and performed in a very efficient manner. The entire process from appointment, labwork, prep, procedure, medication, and follow-up were all seamless. I didn't have any problems. If any questions or concerns came up it was always addressed promptly and completely.

They are always prompt calling patients to meet with survivor nurse.. Angie goes over all reports from labs tests. Answers my questions. I have never felt rushed during these appointments.
