Everyone was very thorough in explaining their part in the treatment process. There was a lot of information that was shared but everyone involved took their time and did not make me feel rushed. That was greatly appreciated as this is one of those major events in life that require careful consideration and being able to understand the consequences of the decisions that are made.

This was my first visit. And everybody there was warm and welcoming. I didn’t take no nice nasty attitudes or treating your patience any type of way. You felt the warm there and when people are dealing with situations in this matter, it should feel like one big, happy family. One big praying family and thus far that was my first visit. I pray that I continue to feel that way every time I come.

Everything! As soon as you walk thru the door there’s a noticeable difference in how the entire staff greet you with a smile and kind words. I have the utmost confidence in the staff’s ability to handle cancer. Cancer is hard but MD Anderson has the know how and knowledge to beat it compassionately. I thank God that they’re here in Jacksonville.
