I LIKED EVERYTHING ABOUT THE WAY I WAS TREATED THERE AT M.D. ANDERSON; EVERYONE IS ALWAYS VERY NICE AND KIND. THE STAFF THERE REALLY CARE ABOUT EVERY PATIENT AND IF YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND SOMETHING THEY EXPLAIN IT TO YOU WHERE YOU WILL UNDERSTAND.

Dr.’s and nurses spend the time needed with you through each step of the way. Dont feel rushed. Communication is great and available thru portal. Nothing is sugarcoated. Everyone is honest. Love the baptist south location. Makes it convenient for me. I feel like I am in the best of hands. Its quite the journey.

The staff are amazing! Lots of communication between scheduling an appt, coordination with other testing and follow up by the providers. Everything was easy to get through even though being in that situation was difficult. Baptist held to the standard and above

I felt my PA listened and understood to each of my concerns with extreme patience. I felt she was an expert in her field and confident about the course of action I needed to take. She took the time to explain each of the possible next steps for me and reduced my anxiety about the imaging process.

Dr. [full name] is an awesome Doctor/Surgeon. Very caring and concerned about the patient and explains everything to you. She takes a lot of time with you and answers questions that you have. Her PA Lisa McElligott is just as awesome. They are a great team. The nurses that weigh you and do vitals are personable, pleasant, caring, humorous at times which makes your journey easier for me. Kudos to BMDA!
