Everyone was extremely friendly. Lisa McElligott was very knowledgeable, patient, and informative. All of my records had been reviewed prior to my appointment and she had a plan ready to discuss. She went over a lot of information, but kept it in small segments, asking if I had questions several times before going over more.

She has been extremely patient and understanding with my concerns, never making me feel as though I am an inconvenience at the times when I was concerned there was a potential new medical development. Lisa is in my Prayer Book and rightfully deserves the many prayers I send up for her and her family!

Always comforting no matter what the news. Marlia went above and beyond to get me an appointment at the Hill since I am leaving town for 4 months. She made no promises orher than to try her hardest. I got called and was seen that same day. Lisa is always honest but assuring. Thats appreciated so much. Love all my Baptists docs and won't go anywhere else.

The surgeon & her staff has been good. They even coordinated to see me with my radiation follow up so i wouldn’t have to make an extra appointment! I have had complications but they have taken care of my issues as best as possible. They have fit me in even when they have been booked, to make sure i have been seen & cared for.

MD Anderson has been great with my care. Everyone has been professional and kind. They are very good at getting me in to see them quickly when I have concerns. They also set up all necessary tests quickly if needed. I also appreciate that they are willing to work with the VA as that is my insurance at this time. I have no real complaints.
