MD Anderson has been great with my care. Everyone has been professional and kind. They are very good at getting me in to see them quickly when I have concerns. They also set up all necessary tests quickly if needed. I also appreciate that they are willing to work with the VA as that is my insurance at this time. I have no real complaints.

This group is awesome! They are genuinely care for each patient. Calls or emails are promptly answered quickly.. the office runs like a well oiled machine!. Cancer was a new frontier for me. I never imagined being diagnosed with it. All I know is what could have been a really confusing and scary experience was made lots better by this Staff Thanks from a grateful patient.

I LIKED EVERYTHING ABOUT THE WAY I WAS TREATED THERE AT M.D. ANDERSON; EVERYONE IS ALWAYS VERY NICE AND KIND. THE STAFF THERE REALLY CARE ABOUT EVERY PATIENT AND IF YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND SOMETHING THEY EXPLAIN IT TO YOU WHERE YOU WILL UNDERSTAND.

Dr.’s and nurses spend the time needed with you through each step of the way. Dont feel rushed. Communication is great and available thru portal. Nothing is sugarcoated. Everyone is honest. Love the baptist south location. Makes it convenient for me. I feel like I am in the best of hands. Its quite the journey.

The staff are amazing! Lots of communication between scheduling an appt, coordination with other testing and follow up by the providers. Everything was easy to get through even though being in that situation was difficult. Baptist held to the standard and above
