Everyone was extremely friendly. Lisa McElligott was very knowledgeable, patient, and informative. All of my records had been reviewed prior to my appointment and she had a plan ready to discuss. She went over a lot of information, but kept it in small segments, asking if I had questions several times before going over more.

She has been extremely patient and understanding with my concerns, never making me feel as though I am an inconvenience at the times when I was concerned there was a potential new medical development.
