I like the professional it's. I like the professionalism I received as soon as I walked into the front door. The technician or clerk that check me in was very attentive and very caring. The forms that I had to fill out were very user-friendly. Everyone was smiling and make you feel like you were Needed it or made you feel at ease even though it was a try and visit you think all kinds of stuff but they made you feel comfortable. It made you feel like a person then I met the physician assistant. She was very attentive. Explain to me my biopsy and made me feel like I was a person. I enjoyed the visit and I enjoyed leaving there confident that everything is gonna be OK.

The friendliness of the staff, the layout of the center and how easily it transitioned from one area to the other. I also liked it's location. I live alone in Middleburg and it was MUCH easier to get to the appointment than going to the downtown or Southside locations. I was already nervous about my apt but this location and the friendliness of the staff made it feel like part of the neighborhood. It made me feel reassured that everything was going to be okay even if I have cancer.

At my Post-op Appointment at MDA-Clay, the wonderful care continued from Dr. [last name], surgical oncologist, Nancy Phillips, APRN and her assistant. As promised, Dr. [last name] followed up with a phone call that evening to review the results of my after-surgery pathology report. This was another great experience from a 5-star oncologist and her medical staff.
