Everyone was very calm, kind and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. When ir came back that I needed a biopsy I was alittle nervous and afraid....every person I came in contact with really put me at ease and made the process very clear and put my fears to rest.

I felt that everyone from check in at the front desk to my nurse checking me in to Kirsten's examination made me feel that I mattered and they listened to me. I was especially impressed when Kirsten asked me about the issue with my ear. She actually read the notes in my chart! I don't always feel that is the case with other doctors I have seen. I am comforted by feeling I am more than just another patient and that they truly care about my health and well being.

Every employee you encounter at MD Anderson is professional, kind, and welcoming. The facility is beautiful and the whole experience is calm and comfortable. It's really the best case scenario for being somewhere you don't really want to be.

Kirsten H. was magnificent in taking the time to discuss the reports she received from CCHS, and my POC moving forward. She showed patience, knowledge, and professionalism. Everything was clearer at the end of my appointment. I actually left there with a better frame of mind. Kirsten took me to Erica, who made my appointment for my upcoming MRI. Erica was another breath of fresh air. Very pleasant, very accommodating regarding the available dates and my personal schedule, spoke in a low tone which was necessary for where she is situated. Great team!

Kirsten went over all of my imaging and treatment. She explained everything in detail and listened to my concerns. I was not happy with my treatment at St Vincents, in particular, the surgeon but Kirsten was the complete opposite. She went over my treatment plan moving forward and gave me great info on healthy living. I left feeling so much lighter!
