Excellent staff from the lady who checked me in, to Mike who got me ready for surgery, to all the amazing nurses, to Dr. Michael Defazio, to Josh in Recovery to Don in Day stay. Everyone was professional, calm, plesant, and welcoming and all were extremely professional and competent.

I feel my surgeon listens well, he answers all my questions, he has excellent bedside manners, he is very knowledgeable and encouraging.
