The comprehensive and very organized review and communication from each doctor and their expertise and coordinated recommendations. The doctors were excellent, talented and team oriented with each other, their support staff, and me as a patient The communication piece was extremely well done and the Baptist patient portal is so helpful as well.

Excellent staff from the lady who checked me in, to Mike who got me ready for surgery, to all the amazing nurses, to Dr. Michael Defazio, to Josh in Recovery to Don in Day stay. Everyone was professional, calm, plesant, and welcoming and all were extremely professional and competent.
