Dr. DeFazio and his team are too notch. He listens and is extremely knowledgeable concerning lymphedema and its treatment. His MA , Maddy is very caring and makes sure any questions are relayed to the doctor and scripts for compression garments are sent quickly. Blessed to have such a great team caring for me.

Jacksonville - Breast Surgical Oncology Clinic is top notch! Communication and accessibility is and has been great. They use a variety of tools like, voicemail, Internet, MyBaptistChart and texting tools to make sure the patient is informed and on task. The staff is Professional, warm, friendly and compassion every single time. Facilities are clean, comfortable, orderly and as well decorated as possible.

every single person just walking in to your 1301 palm Ave location is perfectly picked to brighten and welcome each patient walking in. This location is not close to me and even though the location in Fleming island is very nice it shadows in comparison to the palm Ave. Dr.[last name] is very informative and in terms of providing a plan of action for care. Dr. Defazio and Dr. [last name] are very professional and RN McKenzie, England, and Morgan are very patient and professional as well.

Dr. [last name] and Dr. Defazio are fantastic! My results were amazing with little scaring after my surgery. They were always welcoming with any questions that I had and very thorough in explaining my diagnosis and my treatment plan. In addition to being top notch surgeons, they are warm and understanding to their patients. I cannot express how much I appreciate having them as part of my care team at MD Anderson. I highly recommend.
