The doctors and nurses and navigators were willing to answer questions. They were willing to listen to my thoughts on the treatments and procedures and diagnosis. That means the world to me to be involved in my own health and treatment plans. I know those are just careers for them; but when you have my kind of diagnosis it’s life or death to me.

I loved my visit with Dr. Johnson! She made me feel so much better with what I was feeling! She’s not an alarmist! She was very knowledgeable about my previous surgery and was confident that a 3 month follow up would be perfect. She also said if I had any concerns before then to contact her. Always a pleasure at MD Anderson. Everybody is friendly, professional, caring. Atmosphere is peaceful which is saying something since it is a Cancer (erase) center. I wouldn't want to go anyplace else. I love my doctor (Dr. Cathryn Johnson). She's the best. I feel very confident having her as my doctor/surgeon along with the Lord of course. Keep it up MD Anderson.
