From the moment I walked through the doors I was greeted by one caring person after another. The surgeon took her time explaining every aspect of my up coming procedures, treatment plan, and additional providers I would be meeting with. Within 24 hrs all my appts for the next 6 weeks were finalized and each area sent follow-up information and contact numbers. Being assigned a nurse navigator to help manage this uncharted journey is a huge relief for myself and my family.
