I like the fact that everyone from my surgeons to the housekeeping department knows what their responsibilities are. The facilities are clean. The staffs are friendly and very knowledgeable of their duties and responsibilities. I’m glad to have chosen Baptist as my trusted health care partner.

Experience has been mostly positive from a clinical perspective. However, I still continue to have to ask many questions since information isn’t readily provided. The wait time to see the doctor has improved.

Everyone there was kind, welcoming, and professional. The medical staff were all efficient and knowledgeable. I wasn't kept waiting too long in the waiting room or exam room and I was listened to. Nobody downplayed my concerns, and explanations were given matter of factly, without being condescending.

Everything! Coordinated all aspects of my care for tests, surgeon, plastic surgeons, follow-up visits. Everyone was professional, personable and caring. Is worth the five-hour drive to have this type of care. Very organized and thorough.

I love my doctor - Jacob Rinkinen. He's very caring, making sure he answers all my questions and concerns. And I feel that he's extremely brilliant. I am in good hands. I also like the way MD Anderson's building is layout. Easy to navigate. AND very beautiful. More importantly, the people who work there are awesome! I've been there no less than 20 times in the last two years. And the check in women remember be. Lastly the nurses are special.

Every aspect was coordinated—tests, surgeons, oncologists. I didn’t have to make sure something was coordinated. It was done and I received emails and phone calls it was done and next steps! Amazing!

the surgery i had was not of the breast but reconstruction of the vulva it was a long procedure and recovery, but it had to be done due to the loss of skin from pagets disease. i hope the results of this surgery will hold pagets disease in remission for several years.
