I love my doctor - Jacob Rinkinen. He's very caring, making sure he answers all my questions and concerns. And I feel that he's extremely brilliant. I am in good hands. I also like the way MD Anderson's building is layout. Easy to navigate. AND very beautiful. More importantly, the people who work there are awesome! I've been there no less than 20 times in the last two years. And the check in women remember be. Lastly the nurses are special.

Every aspect was coordinated—tests, surgeons, oncologists. I didn’t have to make sure something was coordinated. It was done and I received emails and phone calls it was done and next steps! Amazing!

the surgery i had was not of the breast but reconstruction of the vulva it was a long procedure and recovery, but it had to be done due to the loss of skin from pagets disease. i hope the results of this surgery will hold pagets disease in remission for several years.

the surgery I had was a reconstruction. I'm still in the hospital and well taken care of. I will see the doctors soon and will get a check up and update me on the progress. I can't express enough the care that has been given to me

Dr. Rinkinen is a warm, knowledgeable and understanding surgeon. We are working through some difficulties with my recovery and I believe he is doing his best to partner with me in my health outcome. The staff on the 7th floor are amazingly friendly and thoughtful. We are in good hands!

The PA was very thorough on everything on the test of bloodwork. She went over everything thoroughly so I really appreciate that too and I like the hospital overall because the staff is so friendly thank you.

They actually treated me as a person not a illness. They explained everything till I was ok. Just all around good ppl that are real doctors don't seem to be running a script on me. Just genuinely Care about me. Thanks guys y'all ROCK

I love how kind and compassionate this team is. Not to mention so very skilled. Dr. Rinkinen is not only down to earth but masterful at his art. I had a complicated Fistula caused by a rectal tumor that Dr. Rinkinen repaired successfully making me feel whole again. I know that few surgeons would be able to do what he did for me. He is the truly the best and I am so grateful to him and his team.

Today is didn't have to wait too long, unlikely several times in the past. It was a good visit, very straight forward. Dr Rinkinen and his team are always wonderful. They are a very informative and caring group of professionals. I've had good experiences meeting with all the other specialist at MD Anderson.

What I like about the care I received from the Onocology team was the response to my need or concerns. They work together to get answers to my questions. The friendly of Providers and Staffs. Tell Dr Rinkydink, Errr Rinkenen, that he should not override what my Endocrinologist wanted-one surgery-tumor removal and reconstruction on the same day. No. Apparently he thinks he knows endocrinology and knows better than a Board Certified Specialist! Now, I have to live feeling ugly and incomplete as a woman for another 15 months! Then hope my insurance will cover reconstructive surgery after all that time!
