I liked the location options available to patients from the start. The opportunity to have a Patient Dashboard online Portal to stay organized and communicate and obtain information and educational materials is so so helpful. I love the ease of physician check in area, the warmth and patience , friendly personalities of the nurses, staff and doctors. Everyone that I have spoken to and shared the start of my journey with has said nothing but positive and good things about MD Anderson. I appreciate the cleanliness and professionalism of the hospital and physically.

Dr. Janfaza and her team are incredible at their craft. She provided a detailed plan once I received my diagnosis and it was performed exactly as described. She made me feel at ease throughout the surgical process and I genuinely felt my care couldn’t have been any better than if it was her own. I never felt rushed and she always took whatever amount of time necessary to ensure quality of care. I consider myself blessed to have had Dr. Janfaza as my surgeon and cannot say enough about her team and my satisfaction.

Everything! Everyone was very nice, friendly and caring. from check in to checkout. My Doctor was excellent, caring & spent a lot of time with me explaining everything, going over all my test results, answering my questions. I was very impressed and so glad I found a great team at Baptist.

Quality of care, professionalism of team, and on schedule, I expected a large scar and very long recovery. Dr Janfaza made a small incision that healed quickly and is barely visible. The outcome of my surgery far exceeded my expectations. I am thankful for all of the team members care and the quality of the work they performed.

Just about everything. Scheduling was based on my preference; the staff at all levels from the check-in ladies (shout-out for Annie) through the many techs, nurses and physicians are personable, thoughtful and speak in layman's terms; the facility is immaculate and bright (and the artwork is great).

I was so scared coming in to my first apt after finding out I was positive for breast cancer. From the moment I was called in to the coordinator to meeting my oncologist, surgeon, social worker, the nurse for what they call my team they all made me feel better. They have answered each and every of my questions as well as provided information on where to apply for help. I am so glad I decided to stay with Baptist and MD Anderson. I know it's a long road but glad I have a wonderful team behind me to hold my hand the entire way!

The medical and surgical doctors explained my situation very carefully. They took time to listen to my concerns. A lot of information in one afternoon to process however they both reviewed all information to help us make the necessary choices. Everyone at M D Anderson was very kind and caring, quite eager to help in anyway. The facility was very clean and didn't have a hospital smell. I'm very thankful to have a place who looks out for the patient and their families concerns.
