Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Higano is honestly one of the top doctors I have ever had. He is patient and thorough and has been for the 20 years I have seen him. I would recommend him to all who need a cardiologist.

Crystal was very friendly very down to earth and bubbly with happiness. It really makes a difference and seeing a patient that has a problem and she just knocked it out of the park. I felt much better when I left that appointment than I did when I came and she was contributing factor for that so I thank her for that.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
There really isn't anything you could improve everyone was nice and very friendly and that's what you want to see when you're not feeling so great

Dr. Patel and staff have always been wonderful. I hate knowing Dr. Patel is leaving, it makes me sad.

It was great I just recently left heart doctor because of the rudeness so Dr. Bouhasin and staff is very nice. Everything was great.

It is obvious how much Kathleen cares about her patients and her profession! Since I am EXTREMELY sensitive to new drugs and the adverse reactions are often BAD… I appreciate her reassuring me what went wrong with those particular drugs aren’t likely with the new one. That means… she has a THOROUGH knowledge of medications, BETTER than the doctors who prescribed the ones that I can’t tolerate. That means, she keeps up well on the medical field in general, beyond her own speciality. RARE… I look forward to working with her in the future :)

Everyone was excellent, but Dr Patel, as usual, was incredible. I am so sorry that he is leaving his current practice because as a 79 year old patient I have seen many physicians in my lifetime and none as outstanding as he is

Absolutely nothing unless Dr Patel had stated he’d changed his mind and was no longer leaving his current practice.
