I have been a patient of this practice for years, but this was my first visit with Dr Shanmugam. I was impressed! He was up to speed on my history when he walked in the exam room and extended his had as if I were a long time patient.

I appreciated that I did not have to wait long at all and that everyone was very kind . I was very comfortable with my new doctor and he was very thorough and kind about my situation considering I was very nervous.

Dr Young was very friendly. His experience was very reassuring that I was getting exceptional medical care. I have complete confidence in his ability to provide great expertise.

Dr. Murphy is a wonderful cardiologist. He actually took time to listen to me when I had questions. I highly recommend him. I hope to continue in his care.

Yes, well, I thought he, Dr. Keebler was, he listened very well, explained everything to me. We were talking about like breads and everything, where the other cardiologist was very, very against. You know, he told me, you know, which ones, you know, are the bad breads not to eat, you know, and everything, because he said all the low calorie ones are, you know, they're fine with him and I'm glad. And every, you know, he really listened well. So, you know, and otherwise, I was happy with everything. So thank you.

Dr Rau was pleasant and listened to what I had to say and appeared to b a very caring physician and wanted to assist with my needs

The doctor I saw, it was the first time. It was very clinical. Just pretty much stared at the computer screen, asked me questions, and that was about it. And then he scheduled tests.

I arrived on time at 900 am for my 915 am appointment and sat in the uncomfortable patient room for 1 hour and 5 minutes. I understand you can run over but that long waiting is very disrespectful of my time

I am very happy with Dr. Fay Rao and I would appreciate having her continuously as my cardiologist because she hears, she listens, and she cares. Thank you so much for choosing or allowing her to be part of the BJC staff.

The doctor I had, Dr. Murphy, I believe, he was fantastic. He was just as kind, considerate. He was easy to talk to. I hope I keep him. I really do because he is an outstanding, caring doctor.

This was the best experience I have had with the group. Even though they are in the midst of construction, they were a well-oiled machine. Everything ran so smoothly. First time with this doctor within the group and he was really thoughtful and well-prepared. Outstanding.

This was my first time seeing Dr. Balaji, and I’m thrilled to have him as my new Cardiologist.! He was very caring and communicative, and also very professional. He was well aware of my health history before he entered the room. I’m so happy that I chose him as my new cardiologist, and before I even left the building, I texted a friend and highly recommended Dr. Balaji.

When Dr Rao came into the room, she had the most beautiful smile ang greeting I was put to ease. This was my first visit with her and knew she had my best interest at heart, I was so happy to have been put into her care.
