I have no complaints. I was admitted to see the doctor within five minutes of my arrival. The next thing I know, the doctor came in. We had a nice chat. She introduced me to the student that was with her. We talked about some questions I have and we said that we would meet again in six months. It was wonderful. I'm so glad to see that she was in good health because I appreciate everything she does. Thank you.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
Drs do not seem to feel the need to explain things to we the patients! It directly concerns our life and quality of it. Think they should be more open about what and even more importantly why they are doing tests and also the monetary cost for patient.

Dr. Westerfield is the FIRST BJC doctor who came in prepared and had already studied my history. She was very friendly and actually interested in having me for a patient. No student/professor appointment. I am too old to be someone's class assignment. She is a true physician!

The doctor talked to me in a way that I could understand and it gave me a lot of confidence in that she will care for me and care for my health position as it is and will help me if I have a problem.

Dr. Westerfield is such a joy. My blood pressure was up at the beginning of my visit with her, and after 5-10 minutes of chatting with her, she retook it, and I was back in the normal range. She makes me feel such at ease. I would definitely recommend her to someone who needs to see a Cardiologist.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Dr. Westergill is absolutely the best. She's the best doctor I think I have. It was easy to get in. She spent plenty of time with me and I enjoyed our visit.

Doctor is very good. She listens. She's very responsible with the care of her patients. And really enjoyed meeting her and dealing with her for my appointments. Would highly recommend.

Dr Westerfield always takes time to listen to your issues. She likes to stay on top of any potential problems. I like that she obviously checks your file before she enters the room and comments on any issues you have experienced. I like her “bedside” manor and the way she puts you at ease.

Dr. Westerfield is probably the best doctor I have ever had and I have had some of the best. Not only is she so very knowledgeable, she is the most compassionate and when she walks in the room, she has read your file and KNOWS you and your history and your needs. She is kind and you are the focus of her attention. Her staff is also very professional and efficient. No complaints from me. I have recommended her and the office to many people.

The provider was very professional. She was thorough in her questions to understand my symptoms. She studied my medical records before my appointment and made notes. She listened carefully to my explanation of events and past medical history. She was thoughtful, and I was highly motivated to follow the course of treatment she prescribed.

Dr. Westerfield explains things in a way that keeps you calm. Sometimes a person's imagination gets carried away, but she brings you back to earth with her kind and caring manner. I highly recommend her and BJC.

I have been seeing Dr. Westerfield since March 2019. When I was first diagnosed with CHF in the hospital I thought it was the end for me. Then I met Dr. Westerfield and she proved to me I was wrong and now I am doing very well. She was very hopeful and she continues to make me feel hopeful. She’s a joy to have as my doctor.

Dr. Westerfield is wonderful! Very personable, makes the patient feel comfortable. She is the only doctor Mom doesn’t complain about going to! Mom feels like she’s “visible” with the attention she gets from Dr. Westerfield. And, Diane can be a very snappy dresser, very professional! She’s an asset to BJC!
