Yes, my experience there with Dr. Westerfield's staff and everybody was very, very good. And I felt comfortable and she's been my doctor for years and I know many of the staff members there and they're always good. I really appreciated their service for me. Thank you.

Dr. Westerfield puts you at ease immediately. She is professional, extremely knowledgeable, explains everything in an understandable manner, welcomes questions and is exceptionally compassionate. We are so blessed to have her as our Cardiologist.

I have no complaints. I was admitted to see the doctor within five minutes of my arrival. The next thing I know, the doctor came in. We had a nice chat. She introduced me to the student that was with her. We talked about some questions I have and we said that we would meet again in six months. It was wonderful. I'm so glad to see that she was in good health because I appreciate everything she does. Thank you.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
Drs do not seem to feel the need to explain things to we the patients! It directly concerns our life and quality of it. Think they should be more open about what and even more importantly why they are doing tests and also the monetary cost for patient.

Dr. Westerfield is the FIRST BJC doctor who came in prepared and had already studied my history. She was very friendly and actually interested in having me for a patient. No student/professor appointment. I am too old to be someone's class assignment. She is a true physician!

Dr. Westerfield is such a joy. My blood pressure was up at the beginning of my visit with her, and after 5-10 minutes of chatting with her, she retook it, and I was back in the normal range. She makes me feel such at ease. I would definitely recommend her to someone who needs to see a Cardiologist.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Dr. Westergill is absolutely the best. She's the best doctor I think I have. It was easy to get in. She spent plenty of time with me and I enjoyed our visit.
