This office is always timely. Never wait long in the waiting room or exam room. Much appreciated since I work full time during business hours and I try to use not much more than my lunch hour to go to appointments. Very friendly and efficient office.

Everyone, staff & Dr Westerfield were very helpful! I had written down the wrong time, for an hour later than scheduled, but Dr W took the time to see us anyway! She's always been a very compassionate, uplifting individual! Mom just loves her!

Dr. Westerfield is a very kind and explains everything she does during her examination. She listened to my problems and complaints and gave me advice on how to cope. She changed my medication and explained how to do it and how to follow-up with her in two weeks. The entire stff were excellent.
