Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Lori Efflund NP is exceptional. She listened to all my questions and answered them. She cares about her patients and is extremely knowledgeable about Cardiology. I have the utmost trust in her suggestions to improve my heart health.

Lorie Effland was as thorough or more so than the cardiologists seen in the past. She is a superior asset to the MoBap cardiology department.

Dr. Lori was great at explaining my condition and the route that she wanted to take to improve my situation. She took all the time that I needed to understand the game plan and made me feel that she really cares about her patients

There was a longer wait time to see Lori, but she apologized several times.

I was very happy with my visit with Lori Effland. There’s nothing I can suggest that would be a necessary improvement.

Lori was very attentive, she listened, typed notes.She called later to make if meds were correct. She called to see if she missed anything. She was friendly, kind, very helpful.

Care staff were on time, very friendly and both the nurse and Lori took time to answer my questions completely. There was no rush at all.

Lori was wonderful from the time she came bouncing in the room. She put me at ease and made me feel comfortable. She had confidence and was knowledge. We need more people in the medical field like her.

Very informative doctors visit went over different test and a plan on what we are doing. Spent amble time with me felt like my health matter to her. Everyone was very polite in the office.

Very knowledgeable and receptive to patients input. Excellent engaging personality. Spent a significant amount of time engaged in a very thoughtful discussion on possible approaches to take to improve fluid build up and general well beiing.
