What else would you like to say about your experience?
My appointment was with Lori A. Effland NP. She is an asset to your medical team. She is really knowledgeable and caring. She takes the time to listen to my concerns, she answers my questions and analyzes my needs. Her direction and advice has motivated me to be a better patient with chronic heart disease.
I have has major issues with a low ejection fraction and with her expertise and advice I have increased my ejection fraction. Thank you Lori and BJC.

What impressed me the most about Lori was how thorough she was. She went through every piece of my diagnosis. It's a pretty complicated case. In the process, she explained some things to me I guess I didn't ever really quite understand. We went through a bunch of labs and came up with a wonderful plan moving forward. I felt very comfortable with everything we did and as I said, she was just extremely thorough. Thank you.

Lori ran late for my appointment. She was with another patient. It immediately meant to me that she takes the time that each patient needed. Which she also did with me. That is a plus to that office and BJC.

Had seen this provider once before, however it was about 9 months ago. Disappointed that she didn’t remember seeing me- or at least acting like it! I guess that means she didn’t review my patient records before she walked into the examination room. Maybe that’s how it happens now.

Lori was absolutely wonderful. She explained everything. It was probably the best explanation and stuff that I've had there in a long, long time. She went the extra mile to make sure I understood what she was saying and with everything coming up, and I definitely appreciate that.

I loved Lori, the nurse practitioner was absolutely lovely, thorough, explained everything well, examined me fully, and I certainly did appreciate the time she took to be with me that day. So I could not have had a better experience.

Lori was 50 minutes late to the exam room. She spent a great deal of time trying to find things on the computer. It was a frustrating visit.

The staff was very helpful, made me feel extremely comfortable, and the doctor made me feel really at home comfortable. I can talk to her about all of my problems or any of my problems at any time. She was very thorough and very kind.

Lori was outstanding. She passionately cares about her patients and it shows in her actions and her words. Lori reviewed my chart and gave me full understanding of my tests and my options. Lori is best in class!!
