Overall experience was positive/excellent. I appreciate the fact that BJC provides medical care at the Sunset Hills location.

Dr. Smith was a wonderful listener, listened carefully to everything I said, and offered new ways to help me get better. This provider is absolutely excellent and the cardiology group also is excellent.

I had a few concerns about my health. Dr Smith really listened and offered solutions.Everyone I encountered at the South County Office were courteous and very helpful.
I'm very pleased with my choice of provider and staff.

My experience was great. Everyone was very friendly. We made each other laugh, and I mean everyone on staff. This helped lighted to mood so much. I truly needed that.
I am very overweight and a smoker, with a terrible family health history, and have already had a heartattack. Doctor Smith did not pester or speak down to me at all. He offered advice and seems to truly care about me being able to improve my health as much as possible. He understands that the bad habits that I have, are actual habits and not hobbies, and that they will require time and effort to change. His bedside manor is top notch.
The facility is a 2 hour drive from my home, and I will gladly make the trip because of the staffs attitude. I cannot stress enough how friendly they all are.

Since I had a heart attack in 2018, Dr Smith has been my cardiologist. I see him twice a year and he’s monitoring my aortic valve stenosis. I feel comfortable with his professionalism, and trust his judgement of when/if I’ll have to have corrective measures taken.

Dr. Smith was a breath of fresh air, compared to one of his colleagues that I stopped going to, after only one visit. Dr. Smith was very thorough in his exam and was ready and willing to talk and answer questions. He is the type of doctor that others should strive to model themselves after. I would not hesitate in recommending him to others.
