Dr Smith makes me feel like I am his only concern. His “bedside” manner is great. Besides his friendliness, I appreciate his professionalism, and how he makes me a part of my treatment decisions. I feel lucky that he’s my doctor.

Dr. Smith is fantastic. I really like him. He is always nice and cares and the first thing he asks is how are you. I am very confident and comfortable with his care.

I just turned 80; so I’ve seen my share of clinics, doctors offices, emergency rooms & hospitals. Plus a large number of doctors - Dr James Smith is absolutely the finest & most professional medical practitioner I have ever met. In addition; I like the guy!

during my visit, there was a patient in another room that seemed to be having a medical emergency. I was extremely impressed with the responsiveness of the staff and Dr. Smith and handling that specific situation and making sure that patient was taken care of immediately And got the urgent care that they needed. And still kept his composure and Given the circumstances did not have a Much of a delay in the Exam room. Just very impressed with how he and the staff handled such a stressful situation and made sure that everybody was OK

Doctor Smith was attentive, engaging, and professional. He listened to me explain my current condition and we mapped out a plan for the future which is important due to my age. Overall excellent visit.

From the staff… To the amazing Dr. Smith… We cannot say anything but positive and amazing healthcare. We have recommended Dr. Smith to several friends and they have come to him also and have nothing but extraordinary comments to make that are positive. Having a Dr of this caliber in the BJC is just another win-win. Thank you for all you do.

The staff are always friendly and supportive. Dr. Smith is upbeat and really seems to care. Spends just enough time with you to feel he really listens but doesn't get preachy.
