Everyone in office is great.. will say that Dr. Smith is great. Very caring , & my husband goes to appts w/ me & he includes him in conversations so we really appreciate ..

Dr.Smith and his staff are excellent in the quality of care they provide to me as a patient. His knowledge and bedside manner would be difficult to replicate. I am grateful as a patient to have them on my side.

during my visit, there was a patient in another room that seemed to be having a medical emergency. I was extremely impressed with the responsiveness of the staff and Dr. Smith and handling that specific situation and making sure that patient was taken care of immediately And got the urgent care that they needed. And still kept his composure and Given the circumstances did not have a Much of a delay in the Exam room. Just very impressed with how he and the staff handled such a stressful situation and made sure that everybody was OK

Doctor Smith was attentive, engaging, and professional. He listened to me explain my current condition and we mapped out a plan for the future which is important due to my age. Overall excellent visit.

From the staff… To the amazing Dr. Smith… We cannot say anything but positive and amazing healthcare. We have recommended Dr. Smith to several friends and they have come to him also and have nothing but extraordinary comments to make that are positive. Having a Dr of this caliber in the BJC is just another win-win. Thank you for all you do.

It was nothing to do to improve this visit. Everything was excellent.

The staff are always friendly and supportive. Dr. Smith is upbeat and really seems to care. Spends just enough time with you to feel he really listens but doesn't get preachy.

Dr James L Smith is the best doctor I have ever seen. He is truly caring, kind and compassionate. He spends time with me, listening, goes over my health results and I have never felt rushed. Professional and polite. I lost my healthy, fit 45 yr old son in 2024 due to cardiac arrest so we (family) were advised to see a cardiologist and I found the BEST there is!!

Dr. Smith and his nurses were extremely professional and very nice to me. I get very nervous in a doctor’s office and they made me feel better. I would recommend them to anyone.
