Dr. spent a good amount of time with me even though it was just a yearly checkup. Each staff person was professional and helpful!

Dr. Shpiegel and the entire were excellent. IK had a conflict with my appointment and they were able to put me at the end of his schedule and he stayed late to see me. This type of care does not happen very often. You are very lucky to have Dr. Shpiegel and the staff was also great

What could have been done to improve your experience?
Cut down wait. Required to arrive 15 mins before my appointment. I checked in at 1110 for my 1130 appointment. Was not seen until 1210!

Dr Shpigel was excellent and you are lucky to have him. He saw me 15 minutes early and spent a lot of time discussing my problem and what to do next. He was very caring and compassionate and the entire staff was great.
