Dr. Shpiegel and the entire were excellent. IK had a conflict with my appointment and they were able to put me at the end of his schedule and he stayed late to see me. This type of care does not happen very often. You are very lucky to have Dr. Shpiegel and the staff was also great

Dr Shpigel was very good. He seemed caring and also knowledgeable. He explained things and was reasonable in his plan going forward. All the staff were very friendly.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
Cut down wait. Required to arrive 15 mins before my appointment. I checked in at 1110 for my 1130 appointment. Was not seen until 1210!

Dr Shpigel was excellent and you are lucky to have him. He saw me 15 minutes early and spent a lot of time discussing my problem and what to do next. He was very caring and compassionate and the entire staff was great.

All staff and doctor were excellent, welcoming, professional, polite, and caring.

Appoint was timely, and punctual. I didn’t have to wait for a long time before my doctor saw me. It was an overall pleasant experience.
