Everyone I had contact with at the office was very courteous and helpful. Everyone seemed to truly enjoy their job and it showed with smiles.

Honestly, Dr. Kardesch is currently my only BJC physician. We have a long history and because of his considerate care, as well as the medical assistant, I will likely seek other physicians in the BJC medical group. And this says a great deal considering I see approximately 10 physicians for ongoing care. As my age and condition progresses, I believe I would be better served in the care of BJC physicians.

Dr. Kardesch is very patient and personal. It's obvious that he reviews my files prior to entering the examination room being able to compare previous visits and identifies changes. He makes me very comfortable through explaining my current status and provides direction as to what improvements are possible. In place of telling me to contact other facilities or doctors, he contacts them discussing and comparing my medical treatment. We received feed back regarding those phone calls the same day. I am happy that Dr. Kardesch is my cardiologist.

I was more than pleased with Dr Kardesch. He exceeded all expectations I had. Very friendly, personable and professional. He explained everything very well. I felt like I was in very good hands .

I’m not sure there could have been anything to improve my visit. I was more than pleased!

Dr Kardesch asked questions and heard my answers. This was demonstrated by follow up questions and comments. Felt total attention was on me, the patient.

All of the staff were helpful, informative and highly professional. Their performance was excellent and a reflection of Dr. Kardesch’s leadership. I have the highest respect for him and the care he has provided me for over 25 years. He’s the greatest.

Staff and Dr Kardesch were very kind. Dr Kardesch is wonderful. He listens carefully to my questions and explains in detail regarding my medical condition. I never feel rushed and leave with a clearer understanding and a plan moving forward until my next visit.
