I have a lot of health issues and see a lot of doctors, some through BJC. I really feel that Dr. Patel is an excellent doctor. I honestly feel like he truly listens to me and includes me in my plan of care. I feel he is very thorough, and always makes sure I understand my plan of treatment. I completely trust him, and that’s so important in a cardiac doctor.

Dr Patel was excellent in my opinion. This was only the second time I have seen him. He actually listened to me. I went in with some issues that I was concerned about. He explained the heart meds and how they work and then he came up with a plan to work on the issues I presented to him. Before I left, he asked me if I understood everything we discussed. FIRST TIME AN MD HAS EVER ASKED ME THAT BEFORE LEAVING! And he seemed very genuine.

Dr Patel was incredible. He explained everything to me and my husband in detail. He answered all of our questions and went over meds one by one. I would refer anyone to Dr Patel.

This is my first visit with Dr Patel and I found him to be understanding and pleasant. With him, I didn't get the message most doctors seem to subconsciously send and that is one of "I know more than you." I believe my relationship with him will be useful and based on his knowledge and my inputs. During this visit we cleared up some questions I had.

I was spoken to politely by each staff member I came in contact with. The doctor was very good about making sure I was heard and answering questions. I felt very validated and that felt good.

He explains everything in a way you can understand .. I know what needs to be done, what medicines I need and why and what results to expect. Very glad to have him as my medical provider for my heart care

I've only had two visits with this doctor. Waiting over 1 hr and 15 for your visit is ridiculous. Saying I'm apologize for your wait time doesn't get it.

Dr. Patel was very courteous, looked at me as I talked to him, and seem genuinely caring and concerned for my health and well-being. He listened to me and offered help where needed. The best Cardiologist I've ever had so far.

Dr Patel is an enthusiastic provider who obviously enjoys his profession. Some visits he is a little hurried, other times he turns to his patient and makes me feel like he knows who I am and wants to figure out the cause of my problems. He is extremely reassuring when things look good and are falling into a healthy state. He also has an amazing ability to not over or under do the care he suggests. I am very glad he is my cardiologist and even though he’s young, I believe he has the ability to provide wonderful medical care and compassion to his patients.

Dr, Patel was very pleasant to set and talk with, he very informative about my condition and we made plans on what to do next. He was very polite and caring and very enthusiastic about what how he was going to help me and it got me feeling the same about what he told me. All in all I would definitely recommend him to anyone who has a heart problem as they would be in excellent hands.

Dr. Patel was very nice and when I told him about my Husbands Passing he was very caring and sympathetic. Very sweet bed side manner so to speak. Spent a good amount of time talking with me and explaining things that I had about my husbands passing.
