Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
The cardiology group members that I had contact with during my recent checkup were excellent. From Dr.Patel and the entire staff were pleasant and professional. Most importantly I felt that they truly cared about my wellbeing.
What could have been done to improve your experience?

Just wanted to express my sincere appreciation and thanks to Dr. Patel’s personalized care and professionalism during my past 2 1/2 years. Always spends time to discuss conditions, treatments and is an excellent listener! As a FT caretaker for my wife, he was ALWAYS considerate of my situation, and need for availability to care for her. He very well may have saved my life, by ordering a Heart CT scan last year which showed significant blockage in my main, LAD artery. I am sad to see him go, but wish him all the best! Thank you sir!

From arrival to the doctor in person visit was extremely professional, knowledgeable and everyone performed as a team with.the patients needs addressed with compassion and all my concerns met and medically resolved. In addition to Dr Patel, who is an excellent, knowledgeable and caring physician the staff members are due recognition for their excellent service. The appointment with Dr Patel was outstanding as usual. He listened, recorded my problems and concerns and addressed the causes and developed a plan to resolve them.

Everyone was excellent, but Dr Patel, as usual, was incredible. I am so sorry that he is leaving his current practice because as a 79 year old patient I have seen many physicians in my lifetime and none as outstanding as he is

Absolutely nothing unless Dr Patel had stated he’d changed his mind and was no longer leaving his current practice.

Dr Patel is excellent explaining my overall general cardiovascular condition. Also gave me instructions on how to improve my heart health. Dr Patel explained every medication prescribed what its purpose plus how that med interacts and possible side effects to pay close attention to. Fr Patel is not a box checker.

Physician was not prepared. His logged into the computer system and reviewed my online records as he spoke to me and was dictating his report in the process. This could have been done as a telephone call.

Be prepared ahead of the appointment. Record the report after the appointment. Sit and face the patient - don't jus face the computer. Have a discussion with the patient.
