Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Patel and staff have always been wonderful. I hate knowing Dr. Patel is leaving, it makes me sad.

Everyone was excellent, but Dr Patel, as usual, was incredible. I am so sorry that he is leaving his current practice because as a 79 year old patient I have seen many physicians in my lifetime and none as outstanding as he is
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Absolutely nothing unless Dr Patel had stated he’d changed his mind and was no longer leaving his current practice.

Dr Patel and his nurse we’re both very courteous and took the care of us. The office staff did very well as well.

I am sorry to see Doctor Patel leave. I think he is an excellent doctor and cares about his patients; and takes his time with you and you don’t seem rushed. . I till surely miss him

Physician was not prepared. His logged into the computer system and reviewed my online records as he spoke to me and was dictating his report in the process. This could have been done as a telephone call.

Be prepared ahead of the appointment. Record the report after the appointment. Sit and face the patient - don't jus face the computer. Have a discussion with the patient.

Dr. Hardikkumar Patel and his entire staff. Dr. Patel, thank you very much for listening to my concerns and issues, and helping me in my journey to a healthier and better me. I haven't seen a specialist in a very long time that showed that much patient care and concern. Wishing all of you the very best and thank you.

All were friendly and efficient and Dr Patel listened kindly to my concerns which made me feel heard and I intend to follow his suggestion to take med he prescribed now that I understand the importance of it!!
