The staff and Dr Higano were all professional, courteous and very kind during my recent visit. Always a pleasure seeing Dr Higano, I have all the trust in the world in him with my health care.

It was my first visit with Dr Higano. He was extremely professional & courteous but also personable. I left very confident in his ability & recommended next steps. His nurse was also excellent, professional & efficient.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
I had a medical crisis in December/January. Dr Higano always reviews my medical issues and explains my condition. This time/explanation gives me the confidence I need to work with the medical professional for my successful treatment. It is a true benefit for me to work with Dr Higano. His care makes me feel like he is listening to my concerns while explaining medical procedures and terms I do not understand. I am grateful for the good care at Dr Higano's direction.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
The location, the time, the staff and of course Dr Higano all made for a good experience / visit. For that I am grateful for the Good care at Dr Higano's direction.

Dr Higano is helpful in explaining and adjusting medication. He kept me going with stents and made the appropriate referral for open heart 8 years ago. I feed great, enjoy being with my active grandkids and can do a lot of outside work in a large garden that provides healthy food.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I had to wait about an hour past the scheduled appointment. This. was not typical and did not create a problem for me. Everything else was perfect

Dr Higano took time to explain cardiac procedures and showed me different procedures for AFib on the internet . Very helpful for better understanding allowing me to make the best decisions .

Dr. Higano is extraordinary. He is personable, thorough, takes time to study test results and ask questions. He instills confidence in his approaches to treatment. I have the highest level of confidence in his abilities, bed side manner, and the treatment for my afib.

Dr Higano is very knowledgeable, and is very good at spending the necessary amount time to discuss my issues and concerns. He is excellent in explaining what our strategy is concerning my health care.
