What else would you like to say about your experience?
I felt like he was in a hurry, but in my state, everything needs to be really slow. I felt like we were in a hurry for some reason.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They listened to my concerns and answered them. I felt very comfortable with the entire experience.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
This was my first visit with Dr. Koester after my former cardiac doctor retired. I was very happy in my interaction with him and all members of the staff. Hopefully I will continue to be able to use them for years to come.

I would like to say that both Dr. Kester and his staff were absolutely very professional and friendly to me. I felt like I received quality care when I was there and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
I was extremely satisfied with Dr. Koester. I had met him only one time before. He answered all my questions. He calmed me. I have complete faith in him. I'll be seeing him at the end of the month and I would highly recommend him. I've never met anyone like him and so I wish to state that and have that on my record.

Yes, he was easy to talk to, very patient for someone who's hard of hearing. He had a relaxed personality and he took time to answer the questions that were asked.

Dr Koester is terrific. He had carefully read my file before I arrived and was familiar with my health history. He is friendly and did not try to push me while I was there. I am ready for another appointment!

When we asked questions on care at different locations he looked up on system went above and beyond. I feel fortunate he is my doctor and managing my care.

Yes, Dr Koester was awesome!! This was my husband & my 1st visit with Dr Koester, after my husband's cardiologist for 20+ yrs retired. We were not expecting the same level of care that we had received. Boy, did Dr Koester prove us wrong!! Dr Koester took the time with each of us to assure we were comfortable, and understood what he was saying. We look forward to the same lasting professional & friendly relationship with Dr Koester as we had!! Thank you!!

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr Koester was very cordial and thorough in his demeanor in communicating with me about my Afib condition. His respect and care for me as a 90-year old patient was not only exceptional but reflects his excellent breeding. He took my arm and personally escorted me back to the waiting room & to my friend.

Dr. Koester is kind ,compassionate,and is a very good listener. I trust him because he aways comes up with a reasonable plan,even though I can be high maintenance at times. I hope he never loses that compassion that is so lacking in some doctors nowadays.

Dr. Koester was a great doctor. First time getting to meet him and have him take care of my health after seeing Dr. V and Dr. Ast retire, I always wonder what a new doctor is going to be like. Felt absolutely comfortable with him as if I had been seeing him all these years!

Well the doctor knew immediately what was wrong with me and explained it to me so I feel he's very knowledgeable and he seemed very concerned about me.
