Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr Speidel is very personable, while still maintaining his professionalism. I never feel rushed through my visit. He takes the time to explain and discuss my health concerns and his care recommendations. I always feel comfortable and respected.

Dr Speidel apologized for the long wait saying the last patient was very chatty. I told him I didn’t mind waiting since he gave me all the time I needed as well. He’s such a kind, caring man!

Personal discussion of symptoms and defining the our next actions. We both listened and both understood each other. Felt no rush to get done.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
I will never visit Dr Speidel again due to his rude attitude during our visit when I asked him questions about my health. I still had to wait over 30 minutes for Dr Speidel to see me after they insisted I come in 15 minutes early!
