Everyone I interacted with was respectful and polite as they gathered needed information. This type of reception certainly helped in keeping a calm atmosphere in a visit that can be quite stressful for me as a patient. Their reception and attention to me as a patient made the visit go more smoothly and I left feeling my questions answered and the way forward planned out.
