From arrival to conclusion, the staff and Dr. Speidel were warm, friendly and professional. I cannot say enough positive things about my visit. I left reassured and and very well taken care of.

My appointment was for 11 am. Wasn’t brought back until 11:30. Dr arrived around 11:40. No explanation…no apology for being late. It would have been a nice gesture to explain why he was late

Dr. Speidel interest and communication was very good!
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I arrived before 11am for an 11:15 meeting with the Doctor. Then I sat and waited for over 30 minutes in the waiting room. The nurse took me to a room. Unfortunately, it took another 10-15 minutes to see the doctor. Then I had a good meeting with the Doctor. I accept that the Doctor may have other duties that make could interfere with routine meetings - but somehow, I did not think the hour of delays was justified.

Dr. Speidel is my husband’s cardiologist. We were very confident in the care he gave. Therefore, I chose Dr. S. when I felt the need to see a cardiologist. He listens attentively and explains in layman’s terms.
