Dr. Rau responds to questions and concerns. He takes time to answer questions and is very proactive.

He appears to be good doctor, but as a heart physician, he talks 1,000,000 miles a minute and always in a big hurry and I feel like I have to talk just as fast and remember quite quickly to ask questions before he cuts me off to go out the door. I am trying to trust in him to not worry before my upcoming major back surgery and also my future with my cardiovascular health. I’m sorry, but that is how I felt since my first appointment with him. It may be because I’m worrying too much and as he said, I’m good till I’m 80 a couple years back, but I do have mild conditions.

Erica was thorough, listened and took time with me. She answered all my questions and gave me options and was very informative. Erica is very personable and kind. I felt comfortable and heard.

I see Nurse Practitioner Katie, she is the best person for this job. She is so welcoming and calming for anyone nervous or just having general anxiety. She’s so down to earth and makes you feel so comfortable.
