Dr K is very knowledgeable, professional and relatable - a very rare combination in todays world. My wife and I are both pharmacists - he respects our knowledge and works with us to achieve the very best possible outcomes!! He welcomes questions and comments. I've known hundreds of physicians, RN's, PA's, etc during my career - only Dr Linda Huck & Dr K have had the rare ability to communicate and consider my input.

Dr. Kovacich is wonderful! He takes the time to sit down and explain or suggest reasons for each health situation the patient is needing to address. He is very personable and kind.

He is one of the most intelligent and professional heart specialists in the state of Indiana. You don't feel like he is putting a 10 minute time limit on finding what is wrong with you and yet he doesn't waste a lot of your time getting to the possible source. I am so glad my family care giver referred me to him. I only have one statement I hold true to when I am being referred to another doctor and that is that they choose the person they would send their own mother to...so far Dr. Dale Guse has not steered me wrong and he is one of the few doctors left in Columbus I trust. The rest of the doctors have been bought out by Columbus Regional who puts a time limit on the amount of time they are suppose to spend from the time they walk in the door till they go out. I think it is 15 minutes and while that may be time for most diagnosis it puts you on an assembly line and causes missed health factors. I thank the good Lord for organizations such as St. Francis. While some of the doctors in Columbus have refused to let their integrity go by the wayside a good many because of the cost of malpractice insurance have succumbed to Columbus Medical Standards.

Dr Kovacich is personable, easy to talk to without feeling embarrassed. He is knowledgeable, professional and truly listens. Even though he has many many patients, he never forgets what you tell him. He has me feeling better than before my MI. He never fails to ask me if I have any more questions on the long list I bring before he leaves the room completing my visit. He also addresses any questions on My Chart.

Dr K is very knowledgeable & professional yet able to answer questions in a very patient manner. I hope St Francis understands how truly good a MD he is. As a pharmacist with more than 40 years experience he is at the very tip top of all the MD's I have every worked or interacted with.
