Dr. Sattleberg is by far the most amazing doctor I’ve seen in my whole adult life. He is so patient and thorough. He makes treatment plans WITH you so you’re always comfortable with the outcome. I’ll forever recommend him to anyone in need of a pcp

Made sure I understood the explanation for the question that I asked if I didn't understand it he explained it another way. The nurses are fun.

I have never had a provider or providers office staff appear so completely inept at the most basic of tasks, such as inquiring about previous meds at a new patient appointment and asking if refills were necessary, amongst other issues I have had to multiply send portal messages and call to get the long-term prescriptions written and delivered as needed. On my first regularly scheduled physical, I showed up and was informed I did not have an appointment for a yearly physical on that day and no one could prove that I didn’t by looking in epic. So I took time off from work for no reason. And my physical appointment I had to wait nearly 3/4 of a year to get into for a visit. I am an [OCCUPATION], and have never experienced such an ineptitude on many levels of healthcare

The office is so friendly and welcoming!! Dr. Carson is the best!! Always patient and kind. Explains any medical procedures and/or tests very thoroughly. Never keeps me waiting for my appointments and never makes me me feel rushed. Can't praise her enough

Becca is everything right with the medical system today, she is warm empathetic when necessary but firm when better choices needs to be made, she genuinely cares…she is most likely the best family care provider in the city. 10 out of 10 could not recommend more!

I recommend Dr sattelberg to absolutely everybody I know looking for a family doctor. He is by far the best doctor I’ve ever had, he listens and always explores multiple treatment options so I feel comfortable with treatment
