Dr Edlebeck is an excellent physician. I feel that he is very professional & thourough. I really appreciate his friendly and patient manner. I do ask a lot of questions and I am so happy that he takes the time to make sure I understand the how's and why's of treatments, etc. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good doctor.

Gabrielle Newton is the absolute P.A-C. I've ever seen in my life. She is amazing! She treats me with respect. She always remembers who I am, and any medical issues I may have had.
Sometimes when I see a doctor, they will have their face in their computer, not listening as I speak. Not Gabby, she looks at you while you're talking, and she really listens.
She's fixed medical problems I didn't even know I needed fixed lol. I had a small issue with eczema, I mentioned really quickly, and casually. Well, she wrote me a prescription cream for it, and a week later, that issue I had for a year or more, was completely gone. I wasn't even there for that problem, but now that's it's gone, I realize how annoying it was when I had it lol.
I also had a female exam there, and in my [AGE] years on Earth, I've always thought female exams were painful. Well, it wasn't painful at all in Gabbys office. I hardly felt a thing. I always assumed they all were uncomfortable! It was over in five minutes. During the exam, Gabby explained what she was doing, and why. Which made me really comfortable, and that's key to having a comfortable exam.
Everyone in the office is very polite. Any time I've called for an appointment, I've been seen within a week or less. They're all so friendly. I rave about this doctor's office to all my friends and family.

After reading comments online, I anticipated this provider to be a good listener. I was contacted 45m early and asked to pull the appt forward, which was ok- but needed a few mins as I just got out of the shower. Asked for 10min. New appt time 20min ahead of schedule. I arrived on time to the telehealth appt; yet had to wait another 10min for provider to arrive. Thought the appt went ok, ended after 40 min from MY join time. However, was dismayed when reading the after notes. First sentence says telehealth appt, b/c patient refused to come in. I shared with the front desk, nurse and practitioner that I suffer from agoraphobia and am unable to leave home. Moving further into notes, more than 50% of content is incorrect. Type of birth control that I had a severe reaction too; medications I’m on, reasons I was put on them, and more. I definitely do not feel heard, nor respected. My agoraphobia is embarrassing and something I’ve been dealing with for 10+ yrs. Poor experience

I love Dr Williams he always takes his times to listen to us and give his opinion. He is great with myself and my children. This is one Dr they don't mind going to and I love how he is willing to help us no matter what.

Dr. Thompson diagnosed the root of my pain, what three other doctors misdiagnosed. I felt respected. I was not only listened to, I was heard. Dr Thompson gave me what no other doctors have, HOPE. And when you battle chronic pain, you want a doctor to give you HOPE. THANK YOU DR THOMPSON
