Gabby is the Doctor you search for: excellent communication, prepared and knows your history, listens well, not rushed and respects your opinions. She is also knowledgeable about latest rulings on medications and your insurance stance. Honestly I have no idea how she does all this, but she does and does it well. Highly recommend! My experience is this whole practice is phenomenal, everyone is friendly and professional.

She actually listened to what I had to say, used my past diagnosis’s to help explain what was going on even though she hadn’t given those diagnoses. She clearly pays attention to her patients charts, symptoms and concerns and it’s greatly appreciated. She offered a few different care pathways and let me choose what I was comfortable with. Highly recommend her to anyone, for a primary physician and a stand in if needed!

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
We are lucky to have him and his staff. Very responsive on line as well in face-to-face meetings. I was surprised when I was hospitalized that he came by my room at 7 am before going to his office. He always answers questions I have about prescriptions.

Taylor is a very nice person and has always treated me with courtesy and respect. The other staff members have also been very professional and courteous.

Taylor , the nurses she works with and Shalyn that I see when I’m there are great. The office staff at check in however did not do their job the day I was there Someone handed me a new hypa form to fill out. I did and turned it back in but they didn’t finish my check in. I sat in the waiting room for 40 plus minutes. Finally Taylor realized I’m not one to miss appointments so they came looking for me

I was scared about an acute issue. I was seen right away. They addressed the issue. They made me feel comfortable following up in the issue completely resolved, and I would feel comfortable calling back if I new issue arise, I recommend Family Practice to anyone I know who’s looking to establish care with the PCP

Gabrielle Newton did not prescribe antibiotic medications I needed on the day of appointment. She mentioned that the staff had left as it was end of the day. She promised that medication will be sent to pharmacy the next day. I had to call twice to make sure my medication was sent to the pharmacy. Finally, after calling the office twice, Gabrielle called me to confirm that my medication was sent to pharmacy. The ordeal was very stressful to me as I am immunocompromised patient.

Excellent in every aspect. Called at 8am given a 930am appointment it doesn’t get any better than that. Physician and all staff very friendly and knowledgeable. A plus to all. Thank you Family Practice.
