Becca is an attentive listener and explains things clearly. I especially like that she gives her rationale out loud along with her recommendations for treatment, so I can better understand the sequence of what will happen next, what we are trying to rule in or out and what symptoms or changes to look out for and report. Her advice is always practical, too, taking into account realities like cost and how long it might take to get other services or specialists and how easy or difficult a particular lifestyle change might be for me. The staff are welcoming and professional, and I always get timely answers and appointments at this office. I’m grateful to have Becca in my corner and would wholeheartedly recommend her and the FPC team to anyone.
