Dr Carson and her staff are awesome. They are there to help/treat and not judge. Dr Carson and her staff are very friendly, I have already recommended to others.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I would tell them you will never get a better Dr. Than Becca. I had as lot of doctors in my life but know one will ever compare to Becca and her amazing office staff. Just all around amazing people. I'm glad I found her truly a blessing.🙏

For me and my family, I would say the entire Midland complex, whether it be the back heart anything. The whole organization is polite, kind the offices are clean. It’s just so wonderful to know you can be seen heard and taken care of always.

I think the medical care is good, and the people are friendly. However, scheduling appointments has been a bit of a problem in the past. There appears to be long wait times to see a specialist. I haven't been going there long. I think it will work out.

What a great experience meeting Becca! She was so incredibly warm and attentive. She’s excellent at following up on my needs, both immediate and future. I would highly recommend her as a clinician; she is highly competent and professional, yet personable and caring.

I’m new to Bay City. During this first visit, I felt welcomed and respected by both office and clinical staff! The atmosphere was comfortable and relaxed, helpful and friendly. I’m so grateful to have found this office and its staff.

Dr. Becca you can tell she loves helping people not only physically but mentally also. She cares about you're over all health. I'm so lucky I found her wonderful Dr. Her staff are so nice and respectful not all offices are like that. All around a wonderful place to be treated.

Dr. Becca she is 1 in a million. Always has a smile and willing to listen to you I kinda talk a lot. Had a lot of Drs. In my day Dr. Becca is top notch awesome person who cares not only for you're physical health but mental health also. I'm glad I found her and her staff. 😊

Best medical care I have had in years. I left [ ] because of poor care etc. They used to be good but not anymore I love your midland office. Just wish it was closer but I’m willing to travel to have good care.
