I joined my mother ([Name]) over the phone for her appointment with Dr in person at the office. The doctor was very patient, kind and listened to my mother or myself as we raised questions or concerns. He answered those well and with appropriate attentiveness.

Zeid didn’t rush and took time to listen and made sure he understood my concerns and goals. He was very thorough in questions and examination. I appreciate that he doesn’t seem medication oriented, more wholistic, and gave parameters on how I can move forward on decreasing my medications (a goal) safely when I felt ready,

Dr. Al-Abed listened to my concerns. Him and Dr. Williams came up with a plan to help me with the side effects of the medication I was taking.
