Taylor is very knowledgeable and a good doctor. The only problem I have is not her problem it's the insurance company problem because they don't allow you to talk about more than one thing at a time. When you're my age things don't come one thing at a time.

Taylor , the nurses she works with and Shalyn that I see when I’m there are great. The office staff at check in however did not do their job the day I was there Someone handed me a new hypa form to fill out. I did and turned it back in but they didn’t finish my check in. I sat in the waiting room for 40 plus minutes. Finally Taylor realized I’m not one to miss appointments so they came looking for me

Taylor and her entire staff make me feel important, treat me and my questions with respect and attention. I feel comfortable asking questions. Taylor is extremely attentive to me AND my special needs son. She is prompt yet does NOT rush me, very thorough.

This staff is incredible. Polite, kind, good listeners, attentive. I have always been treated with complete professionalism and caring attention. I can not say enough about how this staff treats me. Taylor is extremely good at her career. And so is all the staff I have been privileged to be cared by.

Taylor was prompt and prepared when she entered, saving the actual pt/PA time for eye contact and further questions, all the while listening carefully. She did a careful assessment of lung sounds. She assured me with her intention to contact my pulmonologist and hopefully secure an antibiotic, if indicated. Her timeframe was as stated and that evening I began my journey to healing with a 6 pack of antibiotic. The next morning (6:45) she called for an update/status report. I remain reassured and impressed she would go the extra mile.

I've always experienced a positive result from my visits with Taylor, she is very considerate and attentive to my concerns, and believe she is a great member of the Family Practice staff, I believe Taylor gets top marks for her skills, and would not consider changing to another individual. After reading comments online, I anticipated this provider to be a good listener. I was contacted 45m early and asked to pull the appt forward, which was ok- but needed a few mins as I just got out of the shower. Asked for 10min. New appt time 20min ahead of schedule. I arrived on time to the telehealth appt; yet had to wait another 10min for provider to arrive. Thought the appt went ok, ended after 40 min from MY join time. However, was dismayed when reading the after notes. First sentence says telehealth appt, b/c patient refused to come in. I shared with the front desk, nurse and practitioner that I suffer from agoraphobia and am unable to leave home. Moving further into notes, more than 50% of content is incorrect. Type of birth control that I had a severe reaction too; medications I’m on, reasons I was put on them, and more. I definitely do not feel heard, nor respected. My agoraphobia is embarrassing and something I’ve been dealing with for 10+ yrs. Poor experience
