I like the way Taylor is ALWAYS on time, yet never makes me feel rushed. I have NEVER waited longer than 4-6 minutes for her to come into the exam room. I feel confident in her diagnosis and her treatment. I feel she has my best interest at heart.

I felt Taylor seemed like she had other places to be and I feel she rushed the appointment. I brought up issues and I felt she gave general reasons/excuses for my symptoms instead of asking more about my issues to get to the root issue. It made me feel stupid to even bring them up in the first place. I was hoping to get some better guidance and have a conversation about these issues to better understand why I have these symptoms. She seemed like she was just giving blanket explanations to get past the subject.

Taylor is an excellent, young energetic PA. She KNOWS what she is doing and is GOOD at it. If she feels a specialist is needed she is on it-no hesitation. Highly recommend Taylor.

This doctor’s office is well run, well staffed with KNOWLEDGEABLE, friendly staff. It is a very clean and UNCLUTTERED facility. Well educated staff with excellent knowledge in all aspects of general medicine., if a specialist is needed Taylor is in it and it is set up.

My provider is knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I've never felt rushed through my appointment. I also like the MyChart health portal for communicating with staff.
