What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Taylor Waltz does an excellent job at encompassing the entire medical care for her patients and uses the technology to give the patient a visual presentation of lab results etc.She is personable and very willing to meet the medical issues at hand!!I She is excellent at getting referrals set up when needed for her patients.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Always treated with respect and courtesy. Appointment was met without additional waiting and the normal amount of updating. I especially like having the prescheduled questionnaire before the appointment done online.

I love the office taylor and her staff are always so kind and explain things to where I can understand them. The only thing I don't like is when test results were coming back instead of office calling me they just sent a portal message instead of calling to see if symptoms have improved and explain results.

I would recommend her. She was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and was thorough in explaining her answers to any of my concerns. She is not condescending or dismissive of questions that may be age-related-- a BIG plus!

She listened to me and explained things clearly. She also referred me to a specialist which I thought showed great care. She also ordered blood tests knowing the specialist would want to see those results.

I am [age] & used to having 1 doctor. I would want to know that each doctor knows about my conditions. I have been very satisfied with the 2 doctors I have had in my time at family practice. Also, very good advice from the others.

Although she is not my primary provider, I expected a little more from someone conducting my annual physical. I didn’t get asked if I had any health concerns or even go over anything related to myself other than a few minor things. I was shocked how fast the exam was over and disappointed when I realized she was not coming back in to my room after leaving abruptly to go “check on something”. It was a waste of a trip out there.

It was my first visit to this office, I needed a follow up appointment to go back to work. The office staff went above and beyond to get a form for my insurance from the internet. My form was filled out and faxed by the time my appointment was over! Great Job!
