What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
After reading comments online, I anticipated this provider to be a good listener. I was contacted 45m early and asked to pull the appt forward, which was ok- but needed a few mins as I just got out of the shower. Asked for 10min. New appt time 20min ahead of schedule. I arrived on time to the telehealth appt; yet had to wait another 10min for provider to arrive. Thought the appt went ok, ended after 40 min from MY join time. However, was dismayed when reading the after notes. First sentence says telehealth appt, b/c patient refused to come in. I shared with the front desk, nurse and practitioner that I suffer from agoraphobia and am unable to leave home. Moving further into notes, more than 50% of content is incorrect. Type of birth control that I had a severe reaction too; medications I’m on, reasons I was put on them, and more. I definitely do not feel heard, nor respected. My agoraphobia is embarrassing and something I’ve been dealing with for 10+ yrs. Poor experience

Provider and clinical staff are excellent always kind and listen. The front desk check in lady is rude and her desk looks horrible it is clutter mess of kids toys, ornaments and just a mess.

Taylor is compassionate and kind. I never feel rushed. She is patient to hear my questions and give clear explanations, and watches for cues that I have understood what she says. She truly wants to partner with me to navigate my healthcare needs. She is both thorough and encouraging.

The only issue I've had is the fact that you can only talk about one issue at a time. Problems do not come on often one thing at a time and often it's an issue that needs to take the whole person mind body and soul into consideration. That is what's missing for me at family practice.

I would let them know that I've been treated with the utmost respect every time I go to the office. Everyone is friendly and polite. I feel like Taylor is looking out for my best interest.

Appointments are kept on time and everything was handled professionally by Taylor and the nurses involved in asking the necessary questions of my well being and taking my blood sample. I got to ask my questions about my hearing and she would check on the proper audiologist to go for testing.

I AM GREATFUL thar I have Taylor as my physician! She is compassionate, understanding, and patient! I feel for the FIRST TIME EVER that I have a physician that truly cares about me and has the best interest in improving my health. I NEVER want to be without her!!!!!

Taylor is a great doctor. I was reluctant to have a primary doctor when I moved to Midland 8 years ago (had really bad experience in NJ). That changed 4 years ago and it makes me wish I would’ve found her earlier!
