What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
My long medical relationship with Dr. Kelly Hill has been a very wordy experience. She always listens carefully to what I have to say, even if it takes a while to get it out. She is caring, compassionate and warm, always showing concern for her patients with professionalism and a friendly manner. If she didn’t have answers to my questions she always found them and gave me answers quickly. I am going to miss her greatly when she retires.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr. Hill's professionalism is outstanding. She keeps current on all of my health issues and information from other medical professionals I have consulted. She explains everything thoroughly, making sure I understand what she is saying. She takes my questions and seriously and makes sure that she and I are in agreement on what is being done to keep me functioning at my highest level and ability. I have been seeing Dr Hill for about 20 years or more and she has become a valued and important person in my life. I have seen other medical professionals in this office and I appreciate their care, but when I need to see someone for a current issue I always request Dr. Hill be cause she knows me so well. I am going to miss her very much when she retires!

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Kelly Hill, MD, has been my pcp for several years and I can honestly say that I have no complaints concerning her care at all. She’s very thorough about my care/conditions, listens intently to me, and takes the time needed to explain anything to me about my healthcare issues. I would highly recommend her, or her staff, to anyone needing excellent care.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr. Hill is the best PCP that I've ever encountered. We're happy with the way she always takes part in your health care instead of telling you what to do. She listens carefully and discusses options and always makes a person feel comfortable. We will miss her when she retires. The staff and associates in the office are very helpful and friendly as well. They return phone calls promptly and always offer a solution whenever we have a question.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I couldn't ask for anyone better than Dr. Hill. I trust her completely and have always felt comfortable with her. She is thoughtful in her treatments and her recommendations. While process has changed over the years, Dr. Hill has always found a way to keep her patient's needs front and center while working within the current structure.

Dr. Hill is simply amazing. She’s personable, reasonable in her expectations, explains clinical things well and always gives her rationale for why she is or isn’t recommending a given test or treatment or approach at this given time with some alternatives to consider. She remembers me and knows both my personal and family history well so she can provide a more holistic approach to my care. I’m grateful to have had her in my corner for about 20 years now and happy for her but sad for me that’s she’s retiring soon!

The staff is always welcoming and efficient. I get the impression that they are competent and that there will be no billing mistakes. Her staff is very accommodating when I schedule an appointment, as I travel more than 3 hours and have various scheduling issues; they are always very pleasant and willing to work with me on scheduling. Dr. Hill is wonderful - she remembers my medical history as well as my personal/family situations and stressors. Dr Hill covers all issues, answers my questions and addresses any concerns I bring up. She is supportive and goes over any tests she deems necessary and recommends. I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Hill as my physician and I trust her completely with my health care.

When I was having trouble with my elbow (bursitis), I wanted to talk to Dr. Hill. My arthritis issues have escalated. Because she has been my doctor for about 30 years, she has seen a lot. I feel she has good sense of what is "normal" for an [age]-year-old woman. We discussed medication and continuing exercise. My MidMichigan is very fortunate to have her on her staff. I am certain that she is very effective working with residents.

We have been going to Dr. Hill for nearly 30 years. She has seen us through 10 children and five foster children; birth defects; child mortality; and mental/physical health issues. I can say without a doubt that Dr. Hill is the cream of the crop. Our family is very blessed to be under her care.
