Office staff wasn’t very helpful when I asked about adding her appointment onto her sisters established appointment. However when I contacted Dr. Ross through the portal he was very helpful and accommodating to get [NAME] in for an appointment

Great practice that listens and has great bedside manner. Also, usually no problem getting in quick for illness.

Always takes the time needed to listen . Unfortunately difficult to schedule Dr Ross except for yearly routine appts due to his schedule. Usually see a resident or other provider for unexpected visits

Dr. Ross is wonderful, and the nurses are always great. The front desk staff is very efficient but not always warm - which is okay, it's just a difference we've noticed. The nurses when we call in are fantastic - patient, kind, comforting, and get answers to us quickly.

Dr. Ross is Excellent provider who listens to you addresses your concerns treats you with respect has great bed side manner easy to talk to and Very personable. I’m thankful that he was able to accommodate me in his very busy schedule. I rate him 10/10 and highly recommend for your medical needs.

We have been with Family Practice for years I think Dr Ross is the third doctor we have had over the years and they have all been outstanding, I can’t say enough about how we have been treated by the doctors and staff.

Very professional, informative and incredibly efficient. He said my surgery would be 45 minutes, I was in the building for 45 minutes total. Very impressed.

Dr Ross is a good doctor. I have been one of his first patients when he started his practice. The only real complaint I have is the scheduling of appointments as he also does the training with the residents. You have to call months in advance to try & get your 6 month check up. Rarely can you call day of & ever get to ser him.
